As you enter the condo you'll pass by the in-suite laundry room and find yourself at the first of two King bedrooms. This private room has its own TV, and some splendid artwork. Across the hallway is the full bathroom, which is also easily accessed by the 2nd bedroom which features a Queen bed, and a twin trundle bed. This room has plenty of space and its own TV.

After you've checked out the 2nd bedroom you've found yourself at the end of the hall, and entering into the inviting open concept living area. The large kitchen island offers seating for 4, with plenty of prep space if you've got multiple cooks in your group. The dining table seats 6 comfortably. The living area is the perfect place to settle in front of the fire after a long day at the hill, and features large windows to allow you to take in the splendid mountain views. The living area flows out onto the oversized balcony, with BBQ and comfy outdoor furniture.

Tucked away at this end of the condo is the Master bedroom, with large walk in closet and generous en suite with soaker tub. This bright, airy condo is filled with incredible artwork displaying stunning scenes from the natural landscape that surrounds us - only beaten by the views out the windows.

Highly Recommended

White Spruce was a great condo in a great location! Easy to get to everything - whether walking or driving. We walked to downtown area several times to eat & shop. Amenities were pretty good - would have been nice to have mirrors in bedrooms but overall was great. We would definitely stay there again! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here. The check-in process was smooth. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location is convenient for exploring the area. We would happily visit here again!! This will always be a memorable visit.

We loved the condo at White Spruce - great location and the views from the balcony were spectacular!!! Close enough to downtown area to walk - also easy drive to other sites in the area. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the White Spruce condo! It was very clean, a great size, wonderful location, and the balcony was large and had amazing views. We found the Bridgett Restaurant and Market beside it to be a great plus. Would highly recommend this condo.

Perfect place and perfect location! We loved this very well equipped, clean and beautiful home! Loved sitting on the deck in the evenings and enjoying the spectacular view. Also, great decision to stay in Canmore vs Banff. Restaurants, pubs and a small grocery right out the front door of the complex. Walking/running trail out the back. Very quiet complex..Grocery stores a very short drive. Highly recommend!

White Spruce 209 is a large luxury condo that has everything larger groups require for a fabulous mountain experience in beautiful Canmore. The building has excellent security systems in place and underground parking. The condo is spacious with a well equipped functional kitchen and large dining table. Beautiful views surround from within the unit and on the large balcony with fire table. Comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms make the stay five star.

This stunning property is everything listed and then more. Stunning views from every angle off the spacious deck or corner large windows will make me return again. The beds, linens and pillows were so comfortable and the kitchen an absolute dream to prepare and share family meals. Lots of room for 1 large family or 2 families together to sprawl out. If you like a property that's more than just a place to sleep this is it! The Rockies Rentals staff are exceptionally responsive and helpful in dealing with any issues or questions. They are a true hidden gem in Canmore and are starting to feel like extended family. We frequent this beautiful mountain town and usually rent privately. This is our 3rd experience with Rockies Rentals and we will definitely seek them out again!!
