You're going to love this two bedroom St. Andrews villa that is located on the ground level and is a single-level floor plan!

The kitchen has been upgraded with custom granite countertops and black stainless steel appliances. The kitchen will be fully-equipped with everything you'll need to make a home-cooked meal. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and seats six. The decor throughout is very beach-centric, further enhancing the experience of being at the beach in Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort! The living room has HDTV, comfortable seating and patio access.

The Primary bedroom features a king bed, HDTV and an en-suite Primary bathroom. The Primary bathroom has been updated with a custom vanity and subway tile walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, HDTV and its own en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom is updated much the same as the master, with a custom vanity and subway tile walk-in shower.

Outside on your private patio you'll enjoy sweeping views of the George Fazio golf course as well as a pond with water feature. You'll be sure to encounter a great many varieties of birds and wildlife in this area! The beach is easily accessed by a short five minute drive or by calling the Dunes Buggy shuttle, which is an on-demand transport that operates seasonally. Sorry, no pets allowed.

1870 St Andrews Commons

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1870 St Andrews Commons is a great location. While there were a couple items such as window screens that aren't tight and the outdoor grill wouldn't work with the outdoor plug it I nice unit. The neighbors are super friendly.

Overall good, attention to some details would make it great!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay at palmetto dunes overall. A few issues for me with the condo. The sleeping pillows were flat. Also a few lights in the lamps were burned out and need replaced. There were also more little bugs I saw crawling on the floor than I would have liked to see. I appreciated the bike and beach chairs for us to use and the proximity to the beach and shops etc at shelter cove.
