Great Place to Relax!

This place has everything you could want in a home away from home for a vacay. You can see and hear the ocean from so many rooms and the terrace. Bed was comfy, place was clean and comfortable. The owners were very attentive and wonderful to work with; we will definitely be going back!

Beautiful room with beautiful view

Room is perfect! Clean, up to date, and with a beautiful view. You may want to bring extra towels and washcloths if you have a big family if you don’t want to wash any clothes. They have everything a person can think of on site besides a restaurant. There is a dollar general and a few restaurants nearby. Some putt putt and go karts about a mile away. But all the mainstream and franchised restaurants are probably 30-40 minutes away.

Girls Trip

This was the perfect beach condo for a girls trip. It was so nice to have an elevator for my grandma. The view was also amazing. When she didn’t want to spend the whole day outside she was able to enjoy the covered deck or large front window and still have viewing access of us on the beach or at the pool. Everyone we met on the property was so friendly. And the condo was better than described. We are already planning our trip for next year.

Hidden Gem

The condo was perfect for us. Clean , stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels ( we forgot ours , so thank you!) and laid out perfectly for 4 adults. The pool was the big hit for us. Huge and clean. Every Condo had a nice view of the ocean. Definitely will be back

Lots of extras

So many extras were provided. Since we were there during Tropical Storm Debbie having a stocked game closet was wonderful! Having beach towels available was also very nice. The complex arcade/snack bar was great to have for the long rainy periods!

Our Third Visit!

This was our family’s third visit to this property! The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. There were all new appliances on this visit. We love being conveniently located near the pool, hot tub, snack bar and beach access. The owners are very helpful, detail oriented and thoughtful. We were pleasantly surprised with a generous welcome basket full of vacation goodies. Another great beach week!

Perfect for us!

We had a wonderful week here! The condo was very clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed. The pool is huge and stays open till 11 … night swims were fantastic! The beach is steps away. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

Summerwinds Condo Review

Our condo was 3 bedrooms. Very clean. Well stocked with supplies and kitchen tools/dishes, towels, linens. Also had a closet full of games and books. Had an ocean view. The property has an indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, and a hot tub. Also has a small arcade, a grill, and great security. Very close to the ocean, but no handicapped access. The property owner was easy to communicate with. And there is so much to do around the resort. Family oriented. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

Indian Beach Resort

Super clean. Pretty well.stocked with everything ( except food of course). Has bed railing for kids. Great views, nice pool. Master bedroom definitely needs another lamp or 2 ! Really all the bedrooms need more lamps! Beds were nice and comfortable.

Great Getaway

Spring getaway

The condo was incredible. There wasn’t anything we needed in the kitchen that wasn’t supplied. It was so well equipped. The condo was clean upon our arrival. Linens were included. There were also beach towels provided for the renters. This is highly unusual in my experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We were very pleased with our rental. We traveled with 28 family members and rented six different condos at Summer Winds. Our condo was very clean, modern and came with many amenities - games, linens and even beach towels! It was perfect for our family of six - two adults and four kids. Communication with property owner was excellent. I highly recommend this rental property!

Excellent Stay

This is our second time staying in this property. We were extremely pleased with the unit and grounds. Our family loves being right on the beach, but also so close to the offered amenities. A great week at the beach was had by all!

Perfect Condo

Condo was beautiful and just as described. Weather was mild for June. We saw several dolphins from the balcony every day. We enjoyed some amazing sunsets. Of course we got in plenty of pool time and lounging on the beach. This is a great beach if you like relaxing because there is not any nightlife and very few teenagers. We are all older and enjoy our time together doing nothing!

Okay for the price

Overall it was good, not great, but good. There are a few things I would recommend to make this a more appealing property and to make it a more honest listing. First, be honest about what's open what times of year... don't make people so searching for it. The property pics show mutliple pools and hot tubs, an arcade, indoor pool, etc. The indoor pool, work out facility and tennis courts close daily at 5 pm (not 9 pm) when not in season. The arcade games (even when the facility is open) are unplugged and you have to ask and feel like a bother. The outdoor pools and hot tubs are all closed until May. What you see in the pictures isn't what you get for an April spring break. With regards to the specific condo, it was clean and nice but add just a few things to make the experience better (i.e.- salt and pepper shakers, an extra trash bag, etc). These small things make a huge difference.

Great View!

Notes and observations from our week long stay at this property: Very quiet when we were there-off season. Property grounds were well kept. Felt safe being gated/security guards. Blackout curtains and table top fans for all bedrooms. Lots of seating indoors and great outdoor patio table set. Comfy beds and lots of towels provided. Extra blankets and pillows. Closets and dresser for storage space. Dishwasher and washer and dryer worked great. OTHER: • The floor was gritty. • The remote batteries in the blue room remote needed to be replaced possibly. • There were no Kleenex available and the two bathrooms had one ply toilet paper. • There were no extra trash bags, laundry soap or paper towels available. • There were no extra hygiene products available. • There was an initial smell of dead fish. • The stovetop light was out. • The PlayStation in the blue room was missing cords(non operational). • The king room did not have a nightstand on the left side. •. living room tv would turn off randomly and come back on quickly while in use. •. no pantry cabinets for food storage We hope that this feedback can be helpful in improving the experience for future guests. Summer Winds in February

The unit was clean, updated and well stocked. It was tastefully decorated and the complex had lovely amenities, especially given that it was off-season. We had amazing weather which made the experience even better!
