Nihi Kai Villas Resort är ett idealiskt läge i soliga Poipu Beach Kauai, bara några steg från Poipu-kusten och bara över fem minuters promenad till världsberömd kroppsbränning Brennecke Beach och Poipu Beach Park. Enhet 403 är 150 meter från stranden med en underbar utsikt över Stilla havet från den privata lania. De två sovrum, två badrum lägenhet rymmer upp till 6 personer (två i varje sovrum och två på sovhytten i vardagsrummet.)

Lägenheten är helt klar för användning med handdukar, sängkläder, köksredskap (ingen mat självklart) och ett komplett kök (spis, ugn, diskbänk, kylskåp etc och allt du behöver för att förbereda och äta mat), badlakan / stolar / leksaker etc. The condo har en king size-säng (sovrum en), två tvillingar (sovrum två) en queen size soffa utdragbar säng (vardagsrum.) Det finns två fulla badrum anslutna en till varje sovrum. Däcket / uteplatsen har utsikt över palmerna och grunderna till lägenheten, men ännu viktigare, havet! Bord och stolar att sitta på däck och njut av brisen.

Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten för att fräscha upp dina kläder eller handdukar av enheten hela veckan. Det finns ingen daglig städservice.

Grillen är bara cirka 50 steg från enheten och täckt så det är bekvämt även om det regnar lite. Grillen är gas så du vrider bara en knopp och snart är det varmt! De flesta människor gör en resa tidigt i semestern till Costco eller mataffären och köper tillräckligt med mat för sin tid på lägenheten.

Nihi Kai, egenskapen lägenheten ligger på, har en underbar pool inom några steg från havet och tennisbanor för alla att använda. Mycket välskött fastighet. Vi älskar platsen eftersom min familj går vidare går flera gånger om dagen i Poipu och vår lägenhet ligger bara några steg från ett antal bra utgångspunkter för en promenad.

Amazing host & amazing stay!

Stephen’s condo was wonderful! Great location and so well stocked! Communication was absolutely fabulous all the way through. He went out of his way to be accommodating and was incredibly responsive. The views from the upstairs balcony spectacular and trade winds blowing through

Beautiful condo and great location

Loved the view from the balcony of the ocean. Great location, quiet, everything that was needed was in the condo. Kitchen stuff, beach stuff and comfortable beds. Good to have a washer and dryer. Enjoyed seeing turtles on the beach. Would definitely book this condo again.

Beautiful stay, would definitely do it again.

Property super close to Brennecke's and Poipu beaches. Had everything we needed and was so relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Modern, clean and close to the beach

Stayed for a week. Enjoyed every minute. Nice lay out, modern furnishings, ac, excellent kitchen, good BBQ area. Close to beach, easy parking.

Great Views

The location of this rental was great. Walking distance to the beach and nice views of the ocean, with breathtaking sunsets. We weren't big fans of the bedroom/bathrooms being downstairs, lots of trips. The drapes in the bedrooms are thin leading to uncomfortable privacy and early mornings due to the room being lit up. When we checked in, it was not clear the key lock box was located under the railing, which is behind you when facing the door. We could not get the tv to work and had to improvise using our own means. We did enjoy our stay. The location is ideal if you want to see the ocean, sit on the beach and especially if you want to boogie-board. Great Waves!

Great location!

It was a great stay. Love the layout and the ocean view and the short walk to the beach and medium walk to coffee. Also really appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels and coffee grinder. The development is a little older. While it has been remodeled there are still signs of it being an older property like the downstairs doors (bedrooms, closets, bath) and doors to balcony. Still it was decorated so pretty and plenty of space.

Beautiful condo, great location!

This condo had everything we needed for our stay in Poipu! It’s spacious with all the amenities you need including beach gear. The walk to Brennecke’s beach and Poipu beach was super quick and easy even with all our gear. Location is perfect. The host was super quick to respond to my questions and very accommodating. I would book again without reservation.

Poipu family trip

Great location! Well stocked with kitchen items and lots of fun beach chairs, towels, and toys. Tennis and pickleball court was a fun perk! Had a little issue with the toilet being broken when we checked in but owner was easy to work with to resolve. Had a great time and only bummer was no shampoo/conditioner and couldn't get a late checkout but the last was my fault...I should have asked earlier. Would stay again.

Great location and beautiful property

You cannot beat this location. We loved enjoying the ocean view from the entire top floor of the condo. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The property was beautful and just steps from Brennebeck beach. Would definitely return!

Family trip we will never forget!

Our family took a spring break trip. This was a perfect location for us. We love the beach and all water activities. Perfect for boogie boarding, surfing and snorkeling. Food options in the area are great! The house was perfect for my husband, me and our two children (12 and 16). The bedrooms in the basement gave us enough space. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Very thankful for the AC, as we are from the mid west and dread the humidity! The grounds were beautiful and the ocean view was so nice. Never had any trouble finding a parking space. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

2 night quick stay

Pros: perfect location for access to beach and to watch the sunset, property was clean and everything you needed in kitchen and beach towels were a great. Washer and dryer was a nice bonus. Cons: twin beds were squeaky and uncomfortable, only one bathroom has been updated to walk in shower. Could use some blinds in living room. Overall would stay here again.

Great spot!

Great spot in Poipu! Nice clean condo close to all things one needs to enjoy surf n sand. Great swimming spot a walk away. Turtles and monk seals come up everyday on the beach. Nice daily sunsets. Owner was quick to communicate with. A+++

Amazing vacation!

The unit was beautiful and as advertised. The area is located a short walk to Brenakee beach and just a short drive to so many other hotspots. If your coming to Kauai for the 1st time, heed the warnings and get some food and drinks to enjoy at the resort. the grills and pavilion area make for a great spot to cook out and avoid the ridiculous cost of eating out all the time. The grouns are beautiful and are kept up nicely by Tim and his crew who really made our stay more welcoming. The unit was supplied by everything you woild need and then some. The owner, Steven was very helpful and easy to contact and was very prompt getting back to us almost immediately. The only suggestion we would have is to have a shade to have an option to cover the sliders in the living room area. We got married on shipwreck beach while we were there on 11-11-23 and cant even begin to explain what an amazing experience this trip was. Kauai is the most beautiful island we have ever been on.

Great location, beautiful property

This modern condo was spacious and comfortable for the four adults in our party. The interior is decorated with iconic views of Kauai, and the air conditioning and ceiling fans kept us cool. It has all the amenities of home. The grounds are beautiful and the pool steps away (no noise from the pool). The Poipu area has many great restaurants and shops, and it was central to everything on the island. The owner was very prompt answering questions. Highly recommend staying here.

Great space and amazing location

The apartment is perfect for a family vacation. The bedrooms downstairs allowed the adults to hangout after the kids went to bed, and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. We also enjoyed using the beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and sand toys everyday - it made going to Poipu Beach easy and fun. Speaking of beaches, Poipu is great for small children with a little protected cove area and sea turtles swimming all around. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Condo

The condo was just as pictured and was extremely well stocked with everything you could think of. We really enjoyed having the bedrooms downstairs. We could keep them cool for sleeping and have the upstairs air conditioner off and enjoy the fresh ocean air. The pool was never crowded and a nice afternoon break. The complex was quiet and well maintained. The location was perfect for us. We spent many days hiking on the island and were also able to enjoy beach days by the condo. Poipu beach is about a 5 minute walk and Shipwreck beach is about a 20 min walk through a nice greenbelt. We hope to return someday!
