Described as being situated in the "Paris End” of town, you can expect complete quiet away from the Calder Highway and main street of Sea Lake.

Inside the property expect something completely different. Couches upholstered in quirky Brocade fabric, with comfy cushions and throw rugs, comfort you can fall asleep in. A safe electric “look a like” fireplace to warm by, with antique chandeliers in the lounge and dining room, as well as art, furniture and other special pieces that challenge your senses.
Relax in reverse cycle air conditioned comfort throughout the house. Watch a movie on Netflix, listen to your own music on the Sony sound bar. Enjoy breakfast and a glass of champagne on the front patio via the French doors in complete privacy.

Outside you will be amazed at the beautiful private oasis created by high hedges. Beautiful flowering Camellia Sasanqua, and the fragrance of Gardenias.
