Wonderful property in a beautiful neighborhood, close to Barton Springs. Check-in process was super easy. Kitchen was well stocked with all the tools we needed and beds were so comfortable. Hosts were very communicative and responsive. It was the perfect location for our family vacation!

1 star cleanliness because insides of Washer/Dryer were left dirty inconveniencing us 2 days. Owner had cleaning person come & use the Clean Washer selection & resolved the buildup issue.Dryer had a lot of tiny white debris inside; thought to be a result of using Dryer Sheets!

Artful decoration

This home is beautifully decorated and supplied. Comfortable and convenient to enjoy Austin restaurants and live music. Quiet neighborhood, lots of birds. The Barton hills give great views but are not walkable for us seniors. The only disappointment we had was that we could not sit out on the beautiful deck when nearby neighbors were sociably using theirs. The hosts are easy to talk to and nearby if you need anything.

Hidden Gem

Charming home with all of the essentials for a comfortable stay. Conveniently located nearby eateries, park, and Barton Springs. Beautiful neighborhood nestled in the hills away from the city life but close enough to get to the ongoing events the city offers. Cynthia and Peach communicate thoroughly to ensure a smooth stay. Highly recommended for a memorable family getaway.

Great Getaway

This property was well stocked with lotion, facial wipes, condiments, laundry supplies, dishwashing items and many more items. The location was ideal for visiting in Austin and nearby areas. This is a very quiet neighborhood, which made sleeping easy.

Weekend getaway

Visiting my daughter and this was the perfect play for us. We watched football on Sunday afternoon. Plenty of room for all of us. Location is perfect for all things austin! Great hosts !

Great location

Perfect for a family of 3 or 4. Great location-close to many excellent restaurants and beautiful Barton Springs. We went for a boat ride on the river and had a lovely evening. Great communication from the owners, kitchen is well stocked, and the neighborhood is super chill. Would definitely stay again!

great place to stay

The duplex was well kept, nicely decorated and in a good location. Near Zilker Park and MoPac, which gave us relatively easy access to points north. Cynthia was very responsive.Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house!!!

We have always had a bad experience when staying in Austin, until now! We had the best trip because of this house! Love the location and that it is in a quiet area - getting good sleep is a must for us! If we ever come back to Austin, we will stay here again!

Another great trip to Austin

Cynthia and Peach are such great hosts that we had to return to Austin to stay with them again! The kitchen was well stocked and organized. It had everything we needed. If we return to Austin there is no doubt where we will stay!

Great Barton Hills duplex

This was our second stay in this wonderful duplex. Cynthia and Peach are wonderful hosts (we have rented from them for ten years), and they have made this rental vacation ready ( jyst bring your clothes). The duplex is very comfortable and the location is hard to beat. We will be back again! Thank you!

Cozy and well stocked

Family of 4 visiting family over the weekend. Check-in was easy, communication was strong. The property is in a great location to access the Greenbelt and downtown as well as South Austin where our family lives. So many great restaurants and shops to explore nearby. The beds were comfortable and the unit was well stocked with everything we needed and more. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back in the future!

Cute house in beautiful Zilker neighborhood

Seamless access, great neighborhood with green spaces close to downtown. Super clean. King bed could be more comfy. For some reason we kept smelling marijuana but then again so does pretty much the entire city.

Wonderful, restful location

Property was well thought out and accommodation. Lot's of little extras to assure a comfortable stay. Such as a additional outlets all over the unit. Well stocked kitchen with tools for cooking at home. A coffee and tea bar for all methods, drip, french press, and tea selection with an electric tea kettle. Very responsive hosts. Our AC went out and they responded within 15 minutes and had someone there to check it within another 15 minutes. If it was not fixed (which it was) they were willing to move us next door for the night.

Peach, the Broker in the family, is an avid golfer and likes to do anything outdoors as well as garden in his Zilker area home's backyard. Cynthia manages their rental property along with their son, Jay. Cynthia loves to cook the vegetables that Peach grows and take long walks, bike rides and swims.
