The Space:
Make your way through the front gate and into the secluded garden sounded by lush enchanting, conifer trees. Step up onto the front porch and into the home via the keyless electronic lock and be greeted with vast high ceilings and generous sized rooms that have been designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

LIVING AREA
The living area is filled with a generous plush lounge that surrounds the large wall mounted TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie night. Retire to the quiet library where you can catch up on any work or study at the presidential desk by the windows or just sit quietly by the decorative fireplace and get lost in one of the many books on offer.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, coffee maker and a washing machine to take care of all the cleaning up.

Serve up your meals at the kitchen table or gather everyone into the elegant dining room for dinner with a table set for six and a highchair available for the little ones.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
There are four bedrooms within the spacious home. Each bed is topped with soft, quality linen and bedding along with plenty of storage for you to unpack and make yourself at home.

The master bedroom offers a luxuriously large king bed with an attached full ensuite bathroom and a pack n’ play cot if needed.

The top floor also has a second bedroom with a queen bed and a beautiful pocket door that closed off the adjoining third bedroom with two twin beds. Perfect for families who want to stay together.

There is a full bathroom on the top floor which offers a relaxing full bath with an overhead shower and a vanity stocked with all the essentials.

Head downstairs to the basement where you’ll find a fourth sleeping area with a sofa bed, floor lamp, and nearby TV. It’s open to the family room, which has space to relax, play games, or watch movies.

Also in the basement level is the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer along with complimentary washing powder so you don’t have to bring a thing.

Located in the vibrant Grove neighborhood, this home puts you in one of St. Louis’ coolest and best-located areas. Just minutes from Barnes Hospital, Cortex, Forest Park, and IKEA, with easy access to HWY 64/40, The Grove is packed with restaurants, shops, music venues, and microbreweries.

Best known for its eclectic vibe and rich history, The Grove proudly announces itself with its iconic sculptural banner stretching over the street, welcoming visitors to its diverse mix of bars, nightclubs, and eateries. Annual events like the Tour de Grove in May and Grove Fest in October make the neighborhood even more lively.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

Our goal is to provide each guest with a wonderful stay at a great value. The nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.

COVID-19 CLEANING CERTIFIED
The entire ABODEbucks team has completed "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and have been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. You can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks.

HOUSE RULES
✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property
✔ No smoking inside the home
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
