Property was not cleaned between reservations. Sheets were crumpled up like they had been slept in. Hair and makeup on pillow cases. Blood on comforter. Hair all over bathroom floors. Toothpaste and presumedly black eyeliner/mascara on bathroom counters and sinks. When we contacted the property owner about whether she had washed the sheets, she lied and said she did. Also stated that the blood on the comforter was a lipstick stain, but it was new enough that when wiped with a Clorox wipe, it transferred to the wipe.We ended up buying mattress covers, sheets, and pillows to use during our stay. We vacuumed and cleaned the counters. We weren't there much except to sleep. Didn't attempt to use the kitchen. The location was great. Gated community was quiet and easy to get in/out of. If you can find somewhere in the Point Royale area, go for it. But I would not recommend this unit.

Property was very clean, host was very friendly. A few upgrades would be nice as the coffee pot took 45 minutes to make coffee but overall would definitely book again! Place was very nice and comfy.

Great Location - Family of 8

My husband and I took our 8 kiddos for a weekend stay in Branson. Our kids are 7, 10, 14, 16, 16, and 18. The listing shows 2 king size beds, a pull out couch and an air mattress. There are actually 2 pull out couches. One is smaller than the other but worked perfect for my younger 2 boys. I’m not positive is there is an actual air mattress or not. The kitchen seemed to be well stocked. We didn’t cook much. My husband like having coffee available to make without having to leave. I would say over all it was fairly clean. Some improvements could be made but I didn’t see/smell any mold like I had read in some previous reviews. My kids loved the basketball court and indoor pool. Us adults enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. The outdoor pools were not open for the season yet. Looks to be a nice golf course with golf cart rentals available. Gated community is always a plus for safety. Attendants were kind and helpful.

Very Bad Experience-Do Not Stay Here

Our experience at this VRBO property was awful!!! This property is EXTREMELY dirty. There was black mold in multiple locations in the condo. There was no furnace filter and the closet containing the furnace had black mold on the walls. Multiple people in our group felt sick after staying here. The property owner was contacted about the situation and said she thought that the cleaning people had not come and just said she was embarrassed but there was no maintenance person available to address the issues. The owner informed me that her family had not been at the property since July. I suggested that she make it a point to personally visit her property ASAP. The Rental Property Permit from the city that is required to be displayed expired in April of 2023, nearly one and a half years ago. The owner did absolutely nothing else to try and remedy the situation!!

Comfortable accommodation

Took our 2 teen granddaughters to Branson for small vacation. Excellent location for Silver Dollar City. Accommodation was clean with plenty of room and amenities... would stay again

Branson Point Royale condo

Property was great. Internet instrustions were incorrect but we figured it out. Point of contact did not reply when called to help. We made it ok but would like to have heard back form the contact person when I called.

Great Location

This location is just a few minutes from all the attraction. Perfect for our family. Only complaint is the upstairs neighbors were a little loud, but since we were gone a lot of the time it didn't bother us. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to go to Branson.

I needed a place for 4 adults and 2 children. This was a perfect fit. Easy instructions to check in. Gate keeper was super friendly.Two recliners plus a sofa and love seatRoom for everyone to sit and watch TV. Very comfortable.Great beds, with extra blankets. Indoor pool, we were too busy to use. Nice to have it.Games fir the kids, DVD player and some DVDs. Books to read.Such a great home away from home.I will book again for our large group.
