Paradise and Privacy at the Lake

My husband and I fell in love the Kingsville area in 2015 and wanted to spend more time there. We purchased a small property in Harrow to allow us that opportunity. However, the home was too small for our family and therefore, we purchased this greatly desired location in 2019 with a goal to retire there when the time comes. In the meantime, we decided that we would rent it out so others could enjoy what we love so much. It means a great deal to us that people enjoy the home and the area.
As with any home, we wanted to make changes to make it ours. There were multiple plots of bamboo, a highly pervasive plant, in the gardens, which we have largely removed. We removed carpets and installed hardwood and ceramics, and built a vestibule where the dogs can dry off after playing outside. We built concrete stairs down to the lake. We want you to enjoy our home safely.
There is a pull out sofa in the Florida Room, in addition to the three bedrooms.

This home is on one of the most desirable streets in the town of Kingsville. Although it is on the water and you have access by foot, you are not at risk for flooding or storm damage. If you have a boat, it will need to be launched at one of the sites along the coast.
A 15 minute walk will take you in to town where there are restaurants, wine bars and craft beer. There are also shops for browsing. In the summer months, there are multiple vendors of fresh fruit and vegetables. Artists love our area and we have many living right here - you can buy their works at various locations.
While our street is not private, it feels like it is. The neighbours are friendly and helpful if you need anything. There is some vehicle and foot traffic because the street has the best view of the lake.
A large park is located at the end of the street. The children love to play there. In 2022 they will have a splash pad in the park. We love to walk the dogs there - winter boasts a light show.

I think that the property is special because of the location, the neighbourhood and the access to everything that you could need.
We have often rented to larger families and to workers who need to be in the area. Whatever your needs, I believe they an be met at our property.
