Snowboarding Trip

It was good overall. The house was fully stocked. It had all we needed and more. Couple of things, owner did mention, one bathroom was being remodeled. But there was construction debris and bags on one of the balconies. As well as in the driveway, materials. The inside was clean but outside seemed cluttered. There was a major issue with the hot tub, the 2nd night being a big house and, a big group, we had to take turns on using the hot tub. The tub was not working that night. The owner promised a refund of 400 (I did not even ask but she offered it) and later she changed her mind. There was a neighbor that came promptly and tried several times to get the tub working and it did not work that night. (Owner claimed the refund was only if heater was not working, but as far as we are concerned, tub didnt work, plus she did not say that. I have the texts to prove it. Anyway, we lost a night of no hot tub. The guys in our group were not happy and i told them at least we got 400 off even though we preferred a working tub. We never book a house without a tub. Other than this, everything was fine. Great sleeping arrangements. We liked the house, we would stay again if they can guarantee a working tub. I recommend a house this big has 2 tubs.

Perfect for large groups!

The host was on top of it. The home was beautiful and perfect for large groups. We had lots of kids. It was welcoming and homey. Well kept. Would absolutely stay here again!

Exceptional

We enjoyed everything about this beautiful home! 8 bedrooms/8 baths. Incredible great room with wood burning fire pit and beautiful view. We made smores daily! We enjoyed the piano, pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard and hot tub. The kitchen has everything you could want! Laura was a dream to work with! We would highly recommend this property!!!

Extraordinary House and Host!

Everyone in our group was blown away by the gorgeous house, amazing outdoor area with fun activities available, and proximity to beaches. Laura went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as easy as possible. We would love to book with her again in the future!

Perfect Spot for our Family Reunion

This house was the perfect spot for our large family reunion...plenty of space, both inside and out, and very well equipped with everything we needed to make all our meals at home, plenty of tables and chairs, a big BBQ, plus a pool table, shuffleboard, cornhole, volleyball, and a hot tub! We were 4 generations, with plenty of fun for everyone. And, our host was so gracious in loaning us beach chairs and towels for our day at the beach, setting up toddler gates at the top and bottom of all the stairs for our little guests, and giving us lots of great advice about the local area. Great location too...close to town and the beaches, but tucked away on a quiet street with lots of space.

Excellent property and host

We had a wonderful time at 5 Brothers Lodge. We had a family gathering of 16 people and we had plenty of room to sleep, eat and play. It was all we hoped for and more. The neighborhood is quiet and the house had large rooms to gather. Lots of games inside and out. We all LOVED our week long stay.

Tahoe Family Trip

the property was amazing! There were 10 adults and 6 children! The beds were all so comfortable. The dining table was large enough for all the kids to sit together with grandma and grandpa! The owners were so kind and made sure we were made aware of where things were and got us passes for the private beaches! They were amazing and everyone had a great time!

Wow!

We had the best time staying at this house. There were 16 of us total, and everybody had enough space to relax and a comfy place to sleep. The host was above and beyond with communication both before and during our stay. Everything we could have possibly wanted and more was provided at this house. You can tell that the hosts are pros at making everything comfortable and easy. Our stay was just perfect. If we ever have a big group coming to Tahoe again, this will be the first place we look to book! I couldn't recommend them enough!

Perfect in all regards for a large group

This house was absolutely beautiful and looks just like the pictures! My group of 16 friends had a flawless stay here and ran into no issues. The host was very communicative and quick to help out in all situations. It has plenty of room for 16 people and is fully equipped with supplies and tools to help enhance your stay. I’d recommend this house to anyone with a large group who’s trying to have the perfect location on the lake for all sorts of summer and winter activities.

Perfect group house!

This home was perfect for our group of 13 moms and daughters. It was spacious, enough bedrooms for everyone, with lovely kitchen and common area inside as well as a fabulous patio outside. We spent a lot of our time just hanging at the house and enjoying the space! Laura was a great communicator and answered any questions we had very quickly. Would highly recommend this home!

Great experience

House was fully stocked with blankets / towels, kitchenware, grill tools, etc. 10 minute drive from a grocery store, public beaches, brewery, casino, hiking trails, anything you could need.

Great place for families!

Lovely Home!

Wonderful home with great areas for visiting. We loved the fireplace! Awesome back yard with room to play, hot tub, bbq, etc. The only drawback is that the two upstairs bedrooms get very hot. Likely not an issue in winter, but in the summer if it's over 70 degrees, you need a few fans running to try to keep it cool.

Wonderful Family Gathering Space

We enjoyed this home as a family group of 16. Bedrooms on the ground floor suited our older guests, and the kids loved the plentiful activities available (air hockey, volleyball, corn hole, ping pong, hot tub!). We had a little problem with hot water upstairs on day one, but it was promptly fixed by the plumber and the owner reimbursed us a bit for the inconvenience. We used the kitchen for most meals and had plenty of space to sit. The large circular fireplace provides a great backdrop for evening chats. The house itself is in a fabulous location. We stayed busy on the north shore for a whole week and only used 1/2 tank of gas! The guest contact quickly answered any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this property for large family gatherings.

Spacious Family Lodge

We were so fortunate to stay in this house for a long awaited family reunion with family coming from the East Coast. Everyone was comfortable, room to spare and close to beaches restaurants and more.. Everyone enjoyed the pool table, volleyball court and beautiful outdoor area as well as a large living room and family room. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Wonderful property!

This property was perfect for multiple families. It was clean, spacious and kitchen had necessary amenities. The property is not far from grocery, beach, golf, casino. Laura was amazing to work with and hope to return one day!
