Lyxig logghus belägen på 81 hektar avskilda skogsmarker utan grannar i sikte! Perfekt för reträtt för en familj eller en grupp. Nära till centrum Truckee, skid berg och 30 minuters bilresa till Reno.

Vi är ett lugnt bergstoppsland med örnar, rådjur, flodmynt, bland annat vilda djur för företag. Njut av en vandring på fastigheten, cykla bakvägarna i vår gated community, eller bara njut av bergsutsikten från de expansiva däcken.

Så mycket skönhet att se och så mycket roligt och avkoppling som ska avnjutas i vår 7000 + kvadratmeter, 7 sovrum och 5,5 badrum modern logghem, med curated modern konstsamling.

Njut av konversation och grillat s'mores runt den stora propanbranden. Solnedgångar passar bäst från bubbelbadet på det stora stendäcket. Massor av kul för barnen att ha haft på den utomhus lekplatsen framför vårt hem.

De storslagna höga välvda taken i vardagsrummet och den stora öppna planlösningen sträcker sig in i det stora köket med ö och all utrustning för att laga fantastiska måltider i matsalen som kan sitta 18+ gäster.

A big piece of heaven on earth!

First of all, I like to thank Gary and Liz I did not have the honor to meet them personally, but my girlfriend did, they have an outstanding place and you could tell that they really care for that property. The place is amazing. It was only my girlfriend and I and our German shepherds. May be a little too big for what we need but the living room with a giant fireplace and the full kitchen was where we did most of our hanging out and it was everything one would expect and more. The views are incredible and at night time with the lights outside and the snow. It was like you were in a postcard! We had a beautiful time and we will be back in the summertime to see the difference in the surroundings. Thank you so much opening up your beautiful place to us. We much appreciated and we hope to be back very soon. Thanks guys sincerely JimV and Rachel.

Excellent huge cabin with sauna and cold plunge!

It was one of the best places we have stayed at Tahoe and we have stayed at many places! The Sauna and cold plunge were a treat especially after a day of boarding! All the equipments worked. Property manager was super easy to communicate with throughout the stay. We will definitely stay here if the opportunities arises again!

Wonderful Family Getaway

We had 3 families, 7 adults and 7 kids from ages 3 to 13. It was a dream vacation. The house has large common areas and a great kitchen. The property is secluded and hilly -- a perfect place for kids to spend hours sledding every day.The house was large enough for some of the kids to have some quiet time while others watched movies or played pool.The whole experience was a treat and I'm looking forward to the next time we visit.

Lovely, spacious property

Plenty of room at this beautiful home for our 18-person get-together. We were hoping to ski, but the weather was uncooperative, so the home was our retreat.Out-of-the-way from resort traffic, and very private. Nonetheless, it's close enough to the slopes, hiking, and town.The house is very comfortable, with great common areas, helpful appliances, and a great array of dishware. It was wonderful to cook and relax here with friends.We had a couple relatively minor issues, which the owner and liaison addressed. Liz and Rachel communicated well and were clearly concerned with our comfort during our stay. Great place to make memories with friends.

Amazing stay

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home. It has an amazing fireplace, spacious living room, dining space and kitchen. All the bedrooms have comfortable beds and sheets and pillows. The hot tub, sauna and cold plunge are wonderful amenities. The outdoor space is perfect for kids to play in the snow and just run around. Rachel, the property manager is the best, super friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful big home on a beautiful parcel of Land

This is a very special home, with wonderful property caretakers who are sweet, helpful, and quick to help if needed. We highly recommend this for big groups who seek their own private space while also wanting a big and spacious great room and kitchen to have everyone together. Everything is well stocked, and the technology is state-of-the-art and easy to use. We will be back. Thanks again Rachel

Excellent Family Dream Vacation Retreat

Hacienda De Leyenda was the PERFECT location for our family's dream vacation retreat. It definitely lived up to its awesome & outstanding reviews and ratings. We were a family of 16 and this place accommodated us perfectly with more than enough room for all. Our host, Rachel, was very nice and helpful. She was just a text away, if we had any questions or concerns. Our family had a wonderful time making use of the various amenities they have there -jacuzzi, sauna, exercise spaces & equipment, massive kitchen, gourmet coffee & espresso machine, pool table & entertainment basement and more! This place truly felt like a "Home away from Home" and provided our extended family with an ideal place to make many fun filled, lasting memories that we'll be sure to treasure for a lifetime! We couldn't have found a more ideal location and would highly recommend Hacienda De Leyenda to any families looking to do the same. We would definitely hope to return there one day in the future.

Tremendous Truckee Lodge

Large cabin lodge easily fitting our 15 people with toddler. Wonderful cabin atmosphere, many things to do. We used the hot tube, cold plunge and sauna the most. Large open areas and the kitchen has just about any utensil one woone would need.

Golf Getaway

We had a wonderful time with our men's golf group. We slept 12 guys easily. Loved the great table and expansive kitchen! Rachel and Liz were AWESOME to work with. Only recommendation would be more lighting inside and out. Cheers!

Everything you could need and more

This place was amazing. We had 12 guys for a golf trip and had no need to leave. I wish we had a few more days at the house. Well equipped, plenty of space, game room, and the host was super easy to work with. Highly recommend for a larger group of friends or big family getaways.

Beautiful and Remote - Everything You Could Want

We booked this beautiful location for a small wedding and for the family/friends to stay in before, during, and after the celebration. Everyone wishes they could have stayed longer! It was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in multiple large houses over the years for family reunions- this was by far the nicest and best appointed one we have stayed in. Everyone had a great time, from the hot tub to the cold plunge, the spacious rooms to the family accommodating dining table. The views from the house and property were matched by the peace and quiet we all felt while there. We would love to be able to stay again in the future!

Amazing Property and Great Amenities

My friends and I stayed here and it's one of the best properties we've stayed at. The owners and property managers are extremely helpful and made sure our stay was smooth and comfortable. The house has a game room and spa amenities and kept us entertained throughout the trip. I'd definitely come back here!

Absolutely Perfect!!

Liz was incredibly communicative, helpful, and accommodating before, during, and after our stay. The property is absolutely gorgeous and was the perfect fit for a ski weekend with friends. Immediately when people walked in, they couldn't stop talking about how fantastic it was. Incredible property and incredible hosts. We will be staying again!

The perfect getaway

This rental property exceeded our expectations. We are a group of friends who enjoy cooking and the kitchen was fully stocked of all the supplies we needed. We didn’t want to leave. This home was clean and provided many activities. We were able to use the sauna and jacuzzi. If you run into any questions or issues they are on top of it to make sure it gets fixed. They are reliable and extremely friendly. I highly suggest booking Hacienda de Leyenda!

Rich with amenities and extras

Our family reunion and mother’s 80th birthday celebration was made extra special and memorable thanks to this gorgeous house/mansion. We utilized nearly all the home had to offer, including hot tub, sauna, cold-plunge tub, recreation room w/ pool table, generously appointed bar glassware, workout equipment, playground … really too much to list. Rachel was our manager during our stay, promptly came to resolve small issues (lightbulb replacement, extra towels) and gave us a thorough tour of property with how-tos to operate the various fancy offerings on the property. The kitchen has every gadget and tool you can imagine including a fancy espresso machine (also got a tutorial from Rachel) that was a huge hit. Lots of firewood, fire starter was provided for the huge fireplace, movie screen was great to watch baseball playoffs, beds so comfortable and well appointed bedrooms, wonderful art throughout the house, again, too much to list! Little things that could stand improvement: 1) ice machine on counter is insufficient for large groups so we bought ice everyday from store (the one in fridge does not work); 2) bathroom showers were not as clean as I’d expect, globs of hair found in one (and with a $600 cleaning fee, I would expect housekeepers to do better?). Neither of these things would make me demote this property to less than a full 5 stars. We hope to visit again next year!

Great for family get togethers with lots to do!

The house was just fabulous, clean, tidy and ready for our arrival. It was everything we hoped for and more! Plenty of activities for all family members of all ages. We were married back in July 2019 in the Napa Valley and our one true love is travel and bringing people together. Hacienda de Leyenda is our dream and vision of creating beautiful, curated spaces for gatherings, whether it be families, friends, a small corporate retreat, small intimate wedding or a wellness retreat. We plan on creating new retreats in Ibiza (Spain), Byron Bay hinterland (NSW Australia), Hokkaido region (Japan), San Miguel de Allende (Mexico) as well as expanding in the US beyond Woodstock, NY and Truckee, CA.

Its location heading towards Martis Peak is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of life that we are sometimes weighed down by. Surrounded by nature and with stunning sunsets, our home has been designed with all the modern amenities for a premium and very private experience, unparalleled in the north Tahoe region.

We are geographically located conveniently to the ski mountains, the north and west side of Lake Tahoe, the beautiful town of Truckee and a short 30 minutes drive to Reno International airport.

We have extended our property by adding a sauna, cold plunge, fire pit and we also put up two large lotus belle tents in the summer months which are fully styled in a Moroccan Bedouin feel. Each Lotus Belle tent has a full king bed, chill out area and a day bed too. Please ask for more details on the tents as they are used to support larger group bookings for our property but do incur an additional charge for rental and cleaning.

We have two large paved terraces on two different levels that lend themselves perfectly for outdoor dining and banquets, a small reception or a wellness program including yoga, pilates or meditation.
