Great condo and location!

I would definitely recommend this condo. The building with clean the condo was excellent. We had no problems and the location is perfect.

Great property and location but poor management company

The location and unit itself is amazing. Owner/Property manager is difficult to deal with and the unit wasn’t as clean as I would have expected.

For an older building it was very nice and clean. We had a nice relaxing stay. My only suggestion for the owner is to hit the door lock with some WD40.

Nice unit, but needs cleaning!

The cleanliness of the unit was poor. On the balcony table there was sand ( obviously left by the previous renters). We left it there fir tge owner to see. The toilet lid was dirty, the surface of the toilet was dirty as well. Tge tub was dirty too. In addition, the screen of the balcony door was out of the groove and would not slide. All this was disappointing.

Close to everything

We loved our stay in OC. First time visiting, but won't be the last. Great location! Walking distance to everything you need, want and have to do it OC. A little ride to the Boardwalk--the only thing that wasn't within walking distance from our location. Look forward to visiting again!
