Please be sure to have 4wheel drive when planning your stay. The road in ti the cabin was steep.

We had a lovely time at the cabin saw bears every day mama bear and four curbs was the highlight right from the front porch. Cabin is just as described very nice and clean. would definitely recommend and rent again.

Nice cabin very convenient to downtown. We saw bear everyday we were there. Parking a bit tricky & the hot tub wasn't working the best. Overall would definitely consider staying again.

Great property

The cabin was very clean and cozy. The kids and us really enjoyed our stay and we even saw a bear a few times. Best Tennessee trip yet.

Great cabin

Quaint cozy cabin. Loved the fireplace on the cold winter nights. It snowed while we were there and it was so peaceful. Highly recommend this cabin.

NICE CABIN-MOSTLY CLEAN,,,THER WAS SOM LEFTOVERS UNDER SOM FURNITURE.......HOT TUB WAS LEAKING AND NOT ABLE TO USE IT.PARKING WAS ON A CLIFF...LOL---OVERALL NICE STAY----WOULD HAV LIKED TO USE THE JACUZZI AS THATS THE MAIN REASON WE STAYED THER....MY KID WAS DISSAPPOINTED-

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience of not being able to use the hot tub and for finding the unit less clean than expected. Both the cleaning and the hot tub issues were reported to our Operations Team, and these have since been resolved. Re-parking, Jackson Mountain is a mountainous area with snow and icy conditions, especially during the winter; this can affect driving and parking conditions, regardless of the property, driveway, or roads, and as such, an all-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended. Thanks for staying with us, and we hope there may be an opportunity in the future to welcome you back to an experience that reflects both the value and comfort we aim to uphold.
