Detta Àr vÄr personliga egendom och vi hoppas att du kommer att njuta av den lika mycket som vi gör. Vi har gjort det till "Mountain Lodge Style" med en rustik varm kÀnsla. Inkluderar sten spis, knutig tallpanel och dörrar, nya golv, nya badrumsinredning och köksbÀnkskivor. MÀstaren har en king size-sÀng, 2: a sovrummet har en drottning sÀng, fullt utrustat kök, gratis "WIFI", 32 tums platt-TV (kabel) TV i vardagsrummet med Blu-ray DVD-spelare, elektrisk spis, tvÀttstuga (myntstyrd) tvÀrs över frÄn vÄr dörr, uppvÀrmd pool (sÀsongsöppen), 2 badtunnor, bastu, spelrum, 2 gasgrillar och 2 kolgrillar och picknickomrÄden tillgÀngliga, gott om grönytor runt byggnader, nyckelfri entré och gratis parkering. Vi Àr 5 till 30 minuter frÄn de flesta attraktioner men tillrÀckligt lÄngt borta för att njuta av bergen och lugnet.

Mountain retreat

Me and my family spent Christmas here. We used the sauna and jacuzzi . Enjoyed the mountain view and open presents by the fire place. The house was well kept. My family loved every moment.

Cozy Vacation Rental

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. Prefect condo for two with a full cabin feel! Communication with Mark and Joni was great! Would definitely stay again!

Quite the Drive

The condo was as shown in the pictures with beautiful views. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and did a little cooking. The drive to the condo involved multiple hatrpin turns on ridiculously steep roads. My husband handled it like a pro, but the rest of us were always a bit tense and would never have made it to this mountain top address. Great if you are ready for that type of drive.

What a veiw

This place was perfect for my husband, my daughter and I. The views were spectacular at the condo as well as the drive up the mountain. We saw 5 bears which was really cool. We would stay again.

This condo was just as lovely and cozy as pictured. I would stay again with my family. The hosts were helpful and welcoming, and the property was well cared for. All of us agreed the beds were comfortable and parking plentiful.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

This condo used to belong to my grandfather and holds all of my favorite family vacation memories. Getting to come back with my little girl and seeing her running around where I used to was so heartwarming. The Oliver’s were awesome hosts! It’s tucked away perfectly on the mountain to feel like you’re not staying amongst all of the busy traffic but still close enough to all of the fun! We will definitely be back!

Great Experience!

This condo is true to its description. Tucked away at the literal top of a mountain, the condo was everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Everything was very clean, the property manager responded quickly to all requests, and everyone staying around us was very respectful. I highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful condo! The views on the drive up were incredible. We will definitely consider renting from the Olivers in the future. My husband would like to join us next time. I think he was jealous because he missed out. LOL! We did notice a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom to the left. It might be a stain from a previous leak, but we thought you should know. Thank you for providing me, my son, and our friend a pleasant experience.

We are Mark and Joni Oliver and we live in Knoxville about an hour and 15 min. from Gatlinburg. We both love the mountains and spend weekends there as often as we can.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We chose High Chalet for it's magnificent views year round. From our balcony and windows, the mountain views including Mt. LeConte, one of the highest points in the Smoky's, are outstanding. In the winter Ober Gatlinburg skiing can be viewed night or day. Across the parking lot Sevierville is below you and the view on a clear day is for miles. Even the fireworks at Dollywood when they close each evening can be seen. Our local wildlife, bears, deer, turkeys, etc. stroll through the parking lots and green areas frequently.

Everyone here, owners and visitors are always so friendly!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

High Chalet Condos, at the end of Ski View Drive is one of the highest points you can stay without camping. It is approximately 3300 feet above sea level. The drive from the condo to Gatlinburg is always scenic anytime of year. We feel almost anyone can find something to do within 30 minutes of the condo be it hiking, skiing, sightseeing, golf, rafting, shopping, or just relaxing at the pool.
