Kozy Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Adult family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was beautiful and the first floor walk out to the beach was fantastic. Our family of 5 visited the ritz residences 4/24-28 for a birthday celebration. PR107 is a beautifully decorated and maintained property. Our only complaint is the comfortability of the beds. The kitchen had everything you could want. Being able to walk right out the doors to the white sand beaches was amazing. We enjoyed all the restaurants on the property. Prior to arrival I found working with the concierge team difficult. Prior to arrival emails were not returned and follow through was minimal. After arrival questions were rarely answered with confidence and taxis that should have been arranged were called last minute.
