Whether you're planning a birthday party, a family reunion, or any other special occasion, this space is perfect for hosting your event.
The property includes three apartments on the deck zone and three more located behind the building with security gates. Each apartment has its own unique features, * unit 1 ( studio) 1 King

If you want to add some extra touches to your event, the property offers decorations at an extra cost, the option to book a private band, and even catering services. If you need to keep your drinks cold there is a ful size fridge on the main deck or, you can bring your own esky .

⏠The back door does self lock so please make sure you take your keys with you, so you don't lock yourself out. Great idea is to keep a key in the locked box at all times and just use the spare key that's inside to unit.
⏠The cockatoos will come inside if doors are left open and food left out, we suggest not to feed these birds on the balcony.
⏠In North Queensland we have bugs that can fly into the unit please keep food in the fridge or in zip tight bags..

âŹThe tenant agrees to follow the guidelines below, for themselves and any visitor they allow at the property.
âŹTENANTS: A responsible adult (over 21 years of age) must always be on this site when children are present.
âŹNo unauthorised people permitted to stay overnight.
âŹNOISE AND NUISANCE: The tenants agree not to cause or permit nuisance at the property. This includes excessive noise, disruptive behaviour. Noise should generally cease after 9pm Sunday through to Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday, but consideration should always be given to neighbouring properties.
âŹPARKING:On street is available follow street parking signs no reserve parking.
âŹGARBAGE/TRASH AND RECYCLING: Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling accordance with the usual practice, bins have been provided. NO rubbish is to be thrown in the garden and or off the veranda.
âŹPREMISES CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS: The tenants agree to leave the premise in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating, with all fittings and chattels in their original condition and position at the beginning of stay. All items provided for use are to remain property of the premises. Tenants are to advise the property manager of any damage or disrepair within 8 hours of this occurring. Any repairs for damage or excessive cleaning that is attributed to the tenants stay will be paid for by the tenants; including but not limited to stains on sheets and towels.
âŹKEYS: At the end of the agreed tenancy, tenants agree to lock the premises, close all windows turn lights and air conditioning off and return one key to the lock box Any lost keys will be replaced at the tenantâs expense. Please make sure you lock up each time you leave the property.
âŹSMOKING: All tenants agree to abide by the no-smoking rule anywhere inside this property, only allowed to smoke outside with all sliding doors closed.
âŹTERMINATION OF ACCOMMODATION: If tenants are found to have contravened any of the above Code of Conduct responsibilities, a verbal warning will be issued. If the contravention is not rectified immediately the accommodation booking will be terminated within 2 hoursâ notice of the Property Managerâs discretion. No refunds will be made.
âŹThe tenants agree to leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating. Dishes need to be washed, dried, and put away, rubbish is to be taken out. Extra cleaning fees will apply (min $200.00) if extra cleaning is required.
