Cosy private one bedroom cottage by the lake set in a beautiful garden with relaxing water views and access to fishing and walking tracks. Wake up to lake views and the sound of bell birds in this tranquil piece of nature.
Fishing rods, prawning tools, a new Stand Up Paddle board and a fibre glass single kayak are available at the house to be used and looked after by the guests.

Peaceful and pretty location

Lovely little cottage with lake access. Lovely and peaceful, everything you need in the cottage. Detailed instructions for stay. Would definitely stay again. Loved our visit.

Lovely location

Cottage is cosy and pleasant. Bed was comfy. Was a little concerned with security as front door lock was worn and lock box open when we arrived. Perhaps this was meant to make arrival easier? House had everything we needed.

Good stay

Good little property to stay. Had everything we needed and very clean and tidy. Good views to the lake from the kitchen and balcony. Not far from town for supplies. Nice and quiet and relaxing .

Great holiday house

House has a beautiful view of the lake, great walks close by.Ceiling fans would be my only suggestion to circulate air on a warm day.

Lake views

We had a relaxing stay at this property with lake access for kayaking and lake views from the verandah. Also, it was dog friendly and our dog love it too.

Fantastic as always

We've stayed at this cabin several times now and it's the perfect getaway. It feels really remote yet it's close to everything you need to be comfortable and all of the amenities are super comfortable. Will definitely return again and again.

Perfect overnighter

We loved Bellbird Cottage(well-named as plenty around). We were in between stays so were very pleased we could book for one night. Could easily have stayed longer as very relaxing

Calm rustic stay

This neat clean cottage is well-appointed with a yard abutting the water and a back deck that is perfect for relaxing and watching the lake and its birdlife. A calming place to stay.

Relaxing getaway

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we enjoyed it as much as we did the first time. It's definitely hard to leave but will be back again. Ovi and lyn if you ever decide to sell the property i want dibs

Magic location

The cottage is comfortable, cosy and clean with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Particularly appreciated the new kitchen, deck overlooking the lake, the kayak and stand-up paddle board, and great facilities like a washing machine and proper clothesline. The location is absolutely incredible - direct lake access, loads of birds, and only a short walk to the beach. The reviews for this place are great and now I can see why! Communication was excellent, including a lovely personal note from the housekeeper. Would love to come back.

Bitter sweet

Property was amazing. Location also was great. But the property manager forgot to keep the keys in the key box. We were stranded for over 35 mins. We finally got a hold of the owner and he hped us out with the spare key that he had kept hidden.

We enjoyed a tranquil getaway...

We stayed an extra night because this is such a peaceful location with a beautiful outlook. The house is thoughtfully equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxed stay. Perfect for a couple and dogs to take time out. We will be back.
