I strongly recommend this condo unit. The inside is beyond stunning & only to be surpassed by the Phenomenal views. Well worth a visit.

Home away from home

Everything was super. Couldn’t ask for more. Very comfortable, quiet, clean. Amazing views down the Intercoastal. Saw dolphins everyday. Beautiful heated pool. Short walk to beach.

Beautiful Vacation

Lisa and Chris home was fabulous. It gave us the privacy we wanted and afforded us with beautiful scenery and a location that was ideal. Everything was close by which made our walks enjoyable. The neighbors are friendly and the whole complex was clean. The condo has everything you need to feel at home. Just bring your clothes.

Fabulous Vacation Stay

Lisa and Chris's home was absolutely wonderful! Very clean, beautiful interior, stocked with everything you would possibly need. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises with coffee on the balcony in the morning and gorgeous sunset views from the front balcony, if we didn't make the short walk to the beautiful beach to watch it. Lisa was very helpful and fast with responding to any questions. We had the best vacation ever, Thank you !!

Beautiful views!

Wonderfully stocked for cooking & enjoying the beach! Neighbors were wonderful & very helpful! Several restaurants within walking distance. Love the area-great for walking and bike riding!

Best Place in Indian Shores!!

Lisa and Chris are the perfect hosts!! My wife and I have stayed at quite a few places but this one was fantastic. Great communication, clean and neat, it really feels like home. You will see from other reviews that the views are amazing well they are. Pelicans fly by just a few feet away from the deck, actual every morning at 8:30. We saw dolphins, fish, and enjoyed watching the boats go by. The home is beautiful, from the king beds and walk in shower in the master suite, to the fully stocked kitchen with anything that you need to cook. A heated pool in full sum most of the day and 198 Ave beach is a short walk away. Restaurants and nightlife are close by but not to close to disturb this town. Grocery shopping is close and Clearwater, St. Pete, and Tampa are a short ride away. This place is a 10!! Even the cleaning lady is great!!

Amazing View

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo in the Palm Beach complex. Previously we had visited the Indian Shores area on several occasions,however this was by far our best living experience. The condo was very clean and well equipped, with all the amenities for home living. The view from the large balcony was outstanding and we spent countless hours there, watching the boating activity and marine life which abounds on the Intracoastal waterway. We were able to rent a power boat from a rental shop just down the road, which gave us our own boating experience. I highly recommend this home to others and will return again in future years if this beautiful property is available. John and Cecilia Broderick April 2018

Definitely the WOW Factor!!

We have rented this Unit from Lisa and Chris two years in a row. The first time was just after selling our own property, so our expectations were high from several perspectives. After viewing many properties, the moment we walked into this Unit we knew that we found our `home away from home`. Not only is it very well maintained, nicely decorated and equipped, it has a truly spectacular view of the inland waterway. We say, definitely the Wow Factor, because `Wow` is the first word that comes to mind and has actually been uttered by our friends when entering this unit and proceeding down the hallway to the truly amazing view. While we enjoyed the tourist atmosphere of Indian Shores, this unit is just far enough off the main road such that you can choose to be a part of the tourist scene, or just relax and enjoy the tranquility of the inland waterway. We also enjoyed the fact that the building was just three floors (9 units in total) but yet was equipped with an elevator and parking garage. A Hidden Treasure

Cannot say enough about our stay at this beautiful condo. We've stayed here for four years and the new owners have raised the bar on this already most accommodating condo. We loved the new balcony furniture where we enjoyed dining under the fan. We were thrilled to see that this condo now accommodates six very comfortably. On the intra-coastal there is always something to see from the fantastic boats passing by, watching all of the dolphins and manatees that swim by daily, and wildlife galore across in the mangroves. It is just a short walk to the beach, so you truly have the best of both worlds.

If you want a quiet but beautiful place to relax - this is it!!

This is a great condo with a great location. Beautiful sunrises and then walk across to the beach to see a gorgeous sunset. The condo is spacious with plenty of room to entertain. The master bedroom is very nice. The condo is on the third floor (no worry, there is an elevator) with great views. If you are a bird watcher, you will see many different species. We also saw dolphin and manatees swimming up the canal. The owner was great to work with and very responsive to questions. We also appreciated that there was covered parking. I highly recommend this location and can't wait to book our next trip there!!

Perfect place for total relaxation - location, unit, views, and wildlife!!!

This is the perfect place to enjoy time away from the hustle and bustle of life. The unit is beautifully decorated and has every convenience you need to rest and relax. Sit out on the balcony and enjoy the views, watch the sunrise, spot the wildlife, and sip your coffee. Indian Shores is the perfect area for walking, biking, and taking it easy, while being so close to anything exciting you may want to do. We had so much fun visiting nearby beaches, cities, and shops during our week here. There is so much to do all within driving distance. And the food - I think I gained five pounds - we only ate at local places. Fresh seafood, Italian, mexican, brick oven pizza, and I could go on!!! I got to come for a girls trip but I cannot WAIT to get back here with the family. LOVE LOVE LOVE this rental. I highly recommend it and the owners are just the sweetest and easist to work with too.
