We are a local Yorkes family who love where we live and want to share our beautiful Yorke Peninsula beaches and scenery with others.

Relax and recharge with friends or family in Coobowie. Featuring 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully enclosed yard and a short stroll to the beach, pub or playground. Guests must bring own sheets, pillowcases & towels (if you require host to supply linen please request at time of booking, $15p/single bed, $30 p/queen bed fee).

Seachange is situated on a quiet street with friendly neighbours. We are a pet friendly holiday home and are proud to offer an option for those wanting to include pets in their getaway.

Fun stay, great location

Had a great time. Situated in a central part of yorkes. Place was super clean, the lack of cleaning products and bin bags made it hard to adequately clean up at the end of the stay. Otherwise a super cute place to stay!

Sea Change

Spacious home allowing for comfortable stay for four couples. Large yard for parking of all cars and caravan. We felt very welcomed by our host and the communication and service they provided was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Home away from home!

I highly recommend Katie’s place to everyone looking for a break from work. It’s our second time staying at her place and we always have such a wonderful time catching up with our friends. The place is big and has mostly everything you need! It’s not far from fishing jetties and local stores. Katie is very nice and accommodating! Thank you and we are looking to coming bqck again soon. ♥️

Memorable vacation

Nice spacious apartment. Great place for spending time. Feedback, Holiday would be more enjoyable if there was wifi, this is 21st century, everyone with mobile and laptop. and dishwasher, major lack for visitors. Otherwise, no complaints, we enjoyed our holidays though. 😀

Family break in Coobowie

Great house in a location not too far from nearby Edithburgh with its awesome tidal pool and beautiful Stansbury. Had everything we needed, loved the amount of outdoor seating. We had a great stay.

Attention to detail and going the extra mile is top of the list when thinking of this holiday house.Wow, what a great location and spot. The only negative really is this location is quite windy but would come back in a heart beat. Great little pub and food was better than some pubs back in Adelaide.

LOVELY SEACHANGE

Lovely clean spacious house, the host put a Christmas Tree up for the children as they were worried that Santa wouldn't be able to find them, we all had a fantastic time and would definitely visit again. Close to the beach and a short drive to Edithburgh and Yorketown

The accommodation was more than we expected it had everything we needed great cutlery very good wine and spirt glasses. The house was very comfortable and spacious, it has a great yard for pets to play and safe and secure, The family and I will be returning.

Family Holiday

This property was perfect in many ways. Multiple bedrooms with queen beds. Cleanliness was amazing. Location was great, 10 minute walk to beach. Only warning is...."look out for a swooping magpie who doesn’t like bike helmets"... Highly recommend this spacious property.

We moved to the Yorke Peninsula from the Mid North of SA and fell in love with Yorkes. The stunning beaches, hidden local gems and friendly locals make Yorkes a wonderful place to live and visit. We want to share this beautiful part of the world, and are excited to host holiday makers at Seachange @ Coobowie.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This house has room for everyone! When looking at holiday homes, space for extended family or friends to relax and enjoy each other's company was our first priority. Seachange @ Coobowie not only offers 5 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but the entertaining areas both inside and outside are perfect for larger gatherings.

There is plenty of room for the kids to ride their bikes, play a few overs of backyard cricket, let the family pet run around in the fully fenced yard, and enjoy filleting the catch of the day while watching the colours of the sky change as the sun sets. The grass area is surrounded by fruit trees, if they are in season feel free to pick as much fruit as you can!

Coobowie is a quiet, friendly town perfectly situated for day trips to Dhilba-Guuranda-Innes National Park, sight seeing along the stunning Troubridge Scenic Drive, visits to Watsacowie Brewery or Sunny Hill Distillery, or weekend market offerings at Stansbury and Edithburgh. There is so much to see and do on Yorkes - feel free to contact us for some local knowledge!

Your stay is completely contactless and we understand holiday makers value privacy, however if you need assistance during your stay we are only ten minutes down the road and happy to help. The wonderful neighbours on Bowden Street are also happy to lend a hand if needed.
