This condo was very comfortable and convenient. I was there for work and I really wanted a place where I could get to the beach after hours. The beach is close by, and Poipu Beach (good for swimming, snorkeling and turtle/seal viewing) is a short walk. The condo is nice and clean and has a big lanai. The fresh air was so pleasant and there was a rainbow almost every morning. The bed was comfortable and everything worked in the kitchen. The grounds are beautiful, planted with a lot of beautiful shrubs and amazing trees.

The condo was very clean, neat tidy, and very well stocked. Location was central to many of the restaurants and sites that we wanted to see. Very short, walk to get to the beach. And the management company checked in on day one to see how everything went with us; this was very much appreciated.

Kiahuna spring break

Very nice place that was perfect for my adult son and myself. Great location and we enjoyed the beautiful, peaceful nearby beaches and also exploring the island. We love Kauai!

Spacious condo with well stocked kitchen. Short walk to the beach through beautifully maintained tropical grounds. The Plantation Restaurant is unfortunately permanently closed, but you can walk to other resorts and the Poipu Shopping Village to good places to eat.

Great location!

This property did not disappoint. It had a great location near the beach, and it was pretty close to dining and shopping. The property managers were very attentive. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

The condo was very inviting. When we arrived, soothing Hawaiian music playing on the tv. AC was great since it does get warm and humid. The W/D was a nice addition. The grounds are gorgeous. This condo was a short walking distance to beautiful KiaHuna Beach, which provides ocean waves perfect for swimming/boogie boarding. The adjacent pool was nice for pool days. Close to many restaurants and bars.

Nice condo in a quiet development

The location of the property, though close to the main road, we were not bothered by any traffic noise. The Kiahuna Plantation grounds is very nice, and an easy walk to Poipu Beach and can walk across the road to the Poipu Shopping Village for restaurants and shops.

Property is as advertised. Beautiful spot, clean and updated. Bed was comfortable and unit has everything you need, there is a washer dryer unit ( its listed as not having one). beautiful spot with a peek at the ocean. Loved itAs for Princeville... not impressed. We were staying in the condo during the hurricane, which was an extremely frightening and stressful experience. Unfortunately, we received no email( just one that said to take in the furniture) or other communication from your company providing emergency information, guidance, or even checking on our well-being afterward. Given the severity of the circumstances, I found this particularly disappointing. We were not simply dealing with an inconvenience—we were experiencing a potentially dangerous situation, and it would have meant a great deal to know that the company responsible for our accommodations was concerned about its guests. I did get an email after the storm reminding me to depart tho, so they had access to email! Even a simple message asking whether we were safe or letting us know that the company was available should we need assistance would have demonstrated a level of care and responsibility that was noticeably absent. I am not writing this to criticize your company for the hurricane itself or for circumstances that were outside your control. My concern is specifically about the lack of communication and follow-up during what was an extraordinary and frightening event.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at our condo. We wanted to sincerely apologize for the lack of communication after the storm. Of course we hoped you were ok. Our local team who also went through the hurricane with their families including young children, was without power, and some without water for several days. Some still do not have power 1 week post-hurricane. The cell service was spotty as well leaving us with no access to emails. The checkout email you got is automated. We are glad you were not harmed and were able to safely get to the airport after the hurricane. We are still recovering here and hopefully our little island will one day be as beautiful as it was when you first arrived. Thanks again for staying with us and we apologize for any inconvenience we caused you by not being able to reach out. Mahalo

Nice location and all appliances worked. Wonderful grounds. Access to the beach was troublesome due to steps being damaged storms. Difficult to navigate.

Great spot in Poipu

Stay here if you want a nice unit with standard amenities and great location. The property is well maintained, enjoyed the flowers and big open lawn, nice barbecue grills. The beach is a 5min walk through the property - beach towels provided and other items for rent. We went to other beaches in Poipu and eastside but preferred our beach - enough space, good snorkeling, watched surfers of all abilities. The unit’s AC is great, kitchen has basics for all meals. Walkable or short drive to a lot of food options. The athletic club is a nice perk. Parking right at unit.

Even Better Than Expected

This place exceeded my expectations. Two days we didn't use the car at all and walked to the beach and to dinner. The condo has everything we needed and more, rather than the bare bones essentials many condos have. I was able to read my Bible in quiet privacy on the lanai each morning, walk to check the surf and then plan a great family adventure,

Perfect!!

Amazing location within a resort. The beach access felt very private and the resort has all sorts of affordable rentals for the beach (umbrellas, boogie boards, surf boards, etc). Right down the road from the resort is the popular and busy Poipu Beach. I enjoyed staying at the beach accessed from the resort because it felt private and less busy. Never stressful. Perfect place to stay for both adults and those with kids. The resort felt lively during the day with people walking around and going to the beach but would quiet down at dusk. Again, perfect location to drive and access other places but felt nice and tucked away when you are ready to be back “home” at the resort and unwind. Loved the whole experience.

Excellent stay

We would highly recommend this vacation rental. It’s honestly in the best spot on the property. Close to the beach, as well as the athletic center, a cute little coffee house and a little market all of which were very close across the street. The unit was exactly as advertised and more. We had laundry in the unit and boogie boards, snorkeling gear etc etc that was left behind by other guests. We utilized the pull out coach as we had two children and it was perfect and easy to open and put away each day. We had everything we needed in the unit for a great stay. The property manager even had a cute welcome with a few Hawaiian ice teas and some treats to share. Nice touch. We loved our stay!!! Thank you.

This condo was perfect for our family of 3. Our son is 16 and was very comfortable on the pull out bed. The King bed in the master was comfortable, as well. You can't beat this Kiahuna Plantation condo with its convenience to the beach, sprawling and beautifully maintained grounds, and close proximity to shops and restaurants. I love the open air feel of this condo, but I must admit that the A/C was a wonderful bonus! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to make healthy meals. The host was extremely available. We would return to this condo in the future.
