Fantastic condo in an upscale high rise just steps from the downtown and next to the Saddledome, the National Music Centre and Stampede Park. C-Train station close by.
Tastefully decorated, offering great comfort, our unit will make for an unforgettable stay in Calgary, giving you the relaxed feeling of being right at home.
The unit is on the 29th floor and the views are just outstanding from the floor to ceiling windows.
Note: we do not offer free parking, but there is paid parking available in the building.

** When booking for 3 guests, the maximum number of nights allowed will be 7. We will cancel your booking if you exceed 7 nights.
** An extra cleaning fee will apply on stays of 10+ nights.
** Absolutely NO parties, NO smoking or vaping and NO drugs consumption of any kind are allowed in the unit, balcony or common property.
** Due to allergies in the family, we do not welcome any pets at any time.
** Do not wear outdoor shoes in the unit.
** A $280 charge will apply for any lost keys and/or fobs.
** Only guests staying 30+ nights will have access to the gym, lounge and terrace.
** Check out is by 11:00 am. An additional charge may apply if guests do not vacate the property by 11:00 AM on their check-out date, unless prior arrangements were made with the owner or co-host. This is to ensure there is adequate time to clean and prepare the unit for our next guests.
** You may get charged extra if the unit is not kept in the same condition as when you checked in and/or items are damaged or missing. If the apartment is left in unreasonable dirty condition additional cleaning charges will apply.
** We are not responsible for items left behind in the unit. We will not mail or ship any forgotten item.
** Please let us know about any issues or concerns that you may have immediately! We will help! We want your stay to be a pleasant one and there is not much we can do after you have checked out!
