This beautifully decorated and stunning lake home has it's own beach!! The outside offers a large flat yard, huge back porch overlooking lake with plenty of comfortable seating. The amazing dock will not disappoint; pictures don't do it justice. This spacious dock offers tons of seating plus large floater and breathtaking views, you will never want to leave. The guests have access to 2 kayaks, 1 canoe and a paddleboard with life jackets provided. The main level offers a living room, open eat-in kitchen with large breakfast bar, dining table and deck access. Both of the upstairs bedrooms have queen size mattresses and flat screen TVs. In the walkout basement you will find two more bedrooms, one with king sized mattress and the other with a bunk bed- twin over full. There is a full bathroom, laundry room and a spacious family room with foosball table, as well! You also have a large patio area overlooking the lake just off the lower level. The walk to the water and beach area is pancake flat so great for all ages!!
This home has everything you need to make it the perfect vacation.

Nice Beach

We really enjoyed spending time on the beach and having our coffee in the morning on the nice covered porch. The location is in a nice cove that does not get too much boat traffic. We really enjoyed using the kayaks to paddle around the cove. The dock is in rough shape, but came in handy for tying up our boat rental. Only negative is that the kitchen did not seem to have been clean very well. Other than that it was a great stay.

Who Needs The Ocean??

We had a fantastic week at Lil Palm Beach! We usually go to the Ocean for vacation, but we wanted to try something different. We had four adults and 4 kids (7 yrs old and younger). It was so easy to just walk back and forth from the house to the water. We were also much more comfortable with the kids in the water because we didn’t have to worry about waves and an undertow! The house had everything we needed to enjoy a full week of fun. We did a lot of grilling and big dinners on the massive covered deck. Everyone spent hours each day in the water, on jumping off the dock and enjoying the beach. We even did a fire one night on the beach, which the kids loved. The only time we left the property was to go to the grocery store and go on hikes/runs/bike rides. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation where kids can run around all day long, Lil Pam Beach is your spot!

Great location

We loved the beach and large covered porch! The location was great for accessing some of the marina restaurants by boat. Overall, it was an excellent week of sunshine, swimming, and boating.

Awesome experience

This property is perfect for a family vacation! The house is set up to accommodate everyone comfortably! The weather was horrible our week except the last day but there was plenty to do and occupy our time! Even sitting on the spectacular porch in the rain was fun!! The dock was great too!! The property manager was so helpful and responded right away!! We lost power one day for a few hours and the property manager helped report the outage and kept us updated on when we could expect it back on! They helped reassure us at every turn! We will definitely book this property again!!

The perfect relaxing Home

This vacation is perfect for somebody that just wants to get away relax have a little beach a wonderful dock fishing. Perfect for families. My only complaint was that when we ordered the sheets etc. it was a little confusing because I just checked off the beds for make up for arrival because I didn’t specify exactly how many beds needed to be made up they only made up one bed and then left all the sheets on the floor in a bag for the rest of us to make up.
