Treetops by the Sea 🌿 — spacious beach house in Lilli Pilli, 300m from the beach đŸ–ïž, near cafĂ©s and playgrounds. Mogo Zoo and trails 15 mins away. Perfect getaway!

The Space:
Spacious open-plan living with a full kitchen and glass doors opening to spotted gum forest 🌿. Two verandas and lounge rooms provide plenty of space to relax đŸ›‹ïž.

Sleeping: 1x King, 1xQueen, 2x singles + bunk, and single bed.

Outdoor dining with Weber BBQ. Linen provided. Secure garage for bikes, fishing gear 🎣, paddleboards, and kayaks đŸ›¶.

Guest Access:
Entry is via a lockbox, with the code provided through your booking platform and via text message prior to your arrival.

Quiet Lilli Pilli home, steps from beautiful beaches, walking trails, and South Coast nature. Ideal for swimming, exploring, or relaxing on your next getaway!

Getting Around:

Just passing through for a couple of nights. House is well maintained and has everything. Bed was comfortable. Place tastefully decorated. Short walk to a lovely beach. Highly recommend

Repeat stay in this fabulous house

We stayed at Tree Tops in January 2023 with our five grand daughters and really enjoyed the experience so we rebooked for our week away with the girls in January 2024. The house is everything you need as a bigger family. Our girls are mid teens, the proximity of the beach and the configuration of the house is perfect. The house was very clean and the pantry and laundry were well stocked. Jenni is very helpful, the whole experience was wonderful. We will be back!

Lovely house in a nice location

Had a wonderful time here with my partner and our children. Very large and spacious property with all your needs and amenities. All furniture and appliances are top quality, it was great to stay here. The team of Professionals Batemans bay have done a great job in maintaining the property, Easy process to book/ check in & out. Short stroll to the beach, situated amongst the trees, beautiful sunsets and some good coffee spots. Would definitely stay here again

What a treat!

Lovely house with everything you could ever need or ask for. The owners have really considered everything; from the furniture, to the books in the bookshelf. Our 4 children loved exploring inside and outside. Everything was beautifully clean and the house felt welcoming and homely - we felt as though we were staying at the home of a good friend. We were assured of the owner's availability if anything went wrong, whilst also being afforded complete privacy. The beach near the house is absolutely stunning! There were lovely walks nearby and the drive into Bateman's Bay is quick and easy. To the owners - thank you for opening up your home to us! We had a wonderful time.

Fabulous house for a family holiday by there beach

We have taken our 5 granddaughters on a holiday every January since they were little, now they are big kids. This year we stayed in this beautifully appointed house just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The layout was perfect for us, adults upstairs, kids downstairs and a large kitchen and dining area was perfect for our needs. The house was very clean on arrival, we would thoroughly recommend this house as a perfect holiday retreat.

AMAZING

The property is just as the pictures show, absolutely beautiful. Pantry well stocked, Immaculately clean, great location, set in bushland. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Would highly recommend it to anyone, and will definately be back.
