The Space:
Designed to embrace its stunning surroundings, the top floor serves as the heart of the home, featuring an open-plan living, dining, and deck area.

Expansive windows frame uninterrupted views of the ocean and treetops, while a floating wood fireplace, premium appliances, and a Nespresso machine add warmth and convenience to your stay. The middle level houses three well-appointed bedrooms, each with silent ceiling fans, wardrobes, and electric blackout blinds.

The master suite boasts a dual vanity ensuite, while the second and third bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a soaking tub, shower, and dual vanity—all overlooking picturesque gum trees.

On the lower level, an outdoor shower offers a refreshing post-beach rinse, while a private driveway provides parking for up to two cars, ensuring a seamless experience. More than just a destination, Salt and Sand is an immersive retreat where modern luxury meets the tranquility of nature.

Please note that the property is accessed via a steep side road. We advise driving slowly upon arrival. Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
