When we arrived at the villa, we were greeters with a bottle of wine and bottles of water in the table. It was amazing to have that available for for us. It was very like a second home which was extremely nice. All of the appliances were supplied for us. Honestly, the villa was amazing. We stayed for 5 days and everything we needed in a simple vacation was there for us. Obviously we needed to buy our own food and water for the stay but all of the appliances and basic necessities were provided. It was also nice that there were chairs on the balcony provided to bring to the beach for us to sit on. Inside the villa was a solid 10/10

Really nice condo, would stay, with one small exception.

Everything was good, location near beach and shops was good. My only small issue was that the bed was way to soft, could not turn over because of sinking so deep into it. Otherwise thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and has easy access to the beach. The condo itself was clean and well equipped. Communication with our contact with the Evolve team was easy with helpful tips and quick responses. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and has easy access to the beach. The condo itself was clean and is well equipped. Highly recommend!

Perfect home away from home!

We so enjoyed our stay here in unit 182! It was perfect for what we needed with it just being myself, my fiancé, and our 19 month old toddler. The bed was super comfortable but since our toddler is a bed-hog, I let my fiancé have the bed while we slept on the pull-out sofa, and my toddler has never slept better lol She loved that pull out bed. We enjoyed having breakfast and dinner out on the balcony and the ability to park underneath in the garage (first come, first serve basis, but we usually always got our same spot). The beach is just a short walk away and there are showers to rinse off at where the bike racks are. You are within walking distance to so many shops. Aletta, the property manager, was very communicative and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. There was even a complimentary bottle of wine and water bottles waiting for us. I also appreciated that they left two sets of toiletries in the bathroom (one for each of us). Most places only leave out one set, so I thought that was thoughtful to take into account the number of guests staying there and it came in clutch because I definitely forgot to pack my shampoo and conditioner. Even though it’s a multi-floor condo with people above and around you, it is very quiet and we never heard a peep out of any of the other guests while inside of our unit. We would definitely stay again! Loved everything about it!

The room was wonderful. Very cozy and clean. In a great spot, close to restaurants and shops. We didn't get to go to the beach much because everytime we would come back to the room to go to the beach it would start pouring rain, so we only got to be on the beach once, we definitely should have booked a longer trip, If only I could have gotten off school and work a little longer, so we are excited to come back and stay longer. 🙂

My girls and I were very pleased with our stay at this condo. It was clean and a few steps away from the beach and pool area. Shops and restaurants are walking distance. We felt very welcomed and safe during our stay. The property manager was clear in her communication and quick to respond to questions. The area overall is beautiful and relaxing. We look forward to another stay here!

Welcoming, Beautiful, and Peaceful

Immediately after stepping into our sparkling clean and fresh rental, we were welcomed with a thoughtful gift. It's easy to tell that a lot of care went into setting up this apartment with all of the necessities in a stylish and efficient way. From the balcony where we enjoyed drinks and meals, in addition to the ocean view, we were surrounded by well manicured landscaping which included a myriad of flower varieties, some of which I had never seen before. The showers next to the bikes made rinsing off after beach trips very convenient and comfortable. Our mid October trip was very temperate and the weather at the beach was perfect. I look forward to our next trip and biking on our adventures all over the island.

Coastal condo

Our week long stay at the Seaside Villas condo was great! We appreciated the clean and comfortable space. Rena, property mgr, kindly brought a hair dryer to us. Other than that, we had everything we needed for a fun relaxing week at the beach!
