Seaside Villas is a fabulous location! The private beach entrance with salt water rinse off, proximity to shopping, restaurants and endless bike paths was perfect! That the hosts provided bikes was so convenient. They also provided a helpful notebook with restaurant recommendations and local attractions. The condo is as described and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony. Everything we needed was provided and is in good working order. Would absolutely recommend!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and my husband and I absolutely love this VRBO! The location was unbelievably good. We felt like royalty being so close to Coligny plaza. Beach view and direct beach access were wonderful. The beach is wide and pristine. The unit is within walking distance of scores of restaurants and shops. We walked or biked to every meal. We never once had to get in the car! The two complementary bikes were so much fun. We also appreciated the beach chairs which included cooler compartments. Be aware that the bedroom does not have a door so privacy is limited for those in the bedroom. The bed and couches were comfortable. We played cards on the covered balcony one afternoon when it rained. This place has it all.

Great stay in a perfect little condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at this Seaside condo. The place was very convenient, safe, and it was a beautiful property. The location of the complex was perfect. It was great for riding bikes up to Coligny plaza, with easy access to the beach, and the traffic wasn't too bad. The pool was really nice and it was shady in the morning and late afternoon. Never crowded when we went. The balcony was great. The view was nice. Everything in the condo was clean and comfortable. Our little family had a great stay. The check-in process, the communication with the owners, and the overall stay was fantastic and we highly recommend it.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect - right on the beach and easily walkable to restaurants. Loved riding the bikes on the lovely bike paths! Just a beautiful place!

Beach Getaway

We had the best week in Hilton Head. The location of this property is amazing as you’re just steps to the beach. We loved all the pathways around the property to walk or ride or bikes to coffee or shopping. We’d definitely stay here again!

Summer vacation

My husband and I stayed here in June of 2024. We loved the location close to everything. Right on the beach walkable which we really enjoyed. Everything included that you need in the condo! Just a little outdated in the inside, but we loved everything, and the owners are great!

VRBO 1261504 AND~CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS!!! Between us we have 4 adult kids and 4 grandchildren. Property Management, rentals is our business and keeps us busy! Lori was born and raised in Colorado and Scott was born in California. We met in Tennessee and the rest is history!

We have always wanted to have a ocean front property and fell in love with Seaside Villas. It is such a nice, clean and friendly complex. It is so nicely located so close to the beach, Coligny Center with all the shops and restaurants and the bike paths!

SO close to Coligny Beach and shopping, restaurants and bike paths! Resort is gated and private, very nice pool, complex is very clean and well cared for. The condo is SUPER clean!
