Nice but in need of updating
This was probably a very beautiful place in its day, which I guess is the 70âs or 80âs. It was clean but very old. The outlets were borderline dangerous as plugs would not stay in in some rooms and had to be propped up with something in order to stay plugged in. One of the burners on the stove didnât work and the microwave would go out if used for longer than a few minutes. The location is great. The living area very nice with a beautiful wood burning stove, large dining table and comfortable couches. But many of the blinds didnât work and we needed to put a blanket over the window in the main upstairs bedroom as the blind was broken and wouldnât close all the way. It was great having the trolley access in walking distance. The area is very beautiful and we will go back but will look for different accommodations unless this is updated. If you need a lot of sleeping space and arenât planning on doing much cooking or spending much time in the unit then itâs probably fine if the blinds work and you donât need to use the outlets in the downstairs bedrooms.
