Master bedroom has 1 Queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom bedroom 2 has 2 Twin size beds and bedroom 3 has one queen. Flat-screen television in the living room and master bedroom. Streaming Channels Only. Free Wifi included. Full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy the views of the beautiful pond from the screened-in porch
Indoor & Outdoor Pool amenity is at the Village Activity Center in Sea Trail Villas Resort just 5 minutes away.
Sandpiper Bay is located within a 5-minute drive to Sunset Beach. Located on the golf course at Sandpiper Bay and easy access to numerous other courses. Enjoy a short drive to Calabash, NC the Seafood Capital of the World and try some of the best seafood around.
Sunset Beach is also just a 1/2 hour north of Myrtle Beach where shopping shows and great food awaits you.
When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
