This third-floor penthouse has a third-floor entry with no elevator. There are 2 bedrooms plus a mezzanine-style loft and an additional "studio" apartment with its own kitchenette, fireplace, a full-size washer/dryer, a private entrance, and a private balcony with stunning Bald Mountain views. There are 4.5 bathrooms, and the living area offers open living with high cathedral ceilings and great views of Bald Mountain. As you enter the condo, there is an open foyer with a half bath at the end of the hallway. To the right as you enter, there are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen bed with access to a deck with 2 chairs and eastern views. This bedroom has its own full-size bath with 2 vanity sinks and a shower tub combo. The second bedroom has 2 twins and access to a deck with 2 chairs and eastern views. This bedroom also has its own full-size bath with a single vanity sink and a shower-tub combo.
The main living area has high ceilings with great light, a gas fireplace, a 42-inch flat-screen TV, and access to a deck with a small table and chairs. There are great views of Bald Mountain and the surrounding area. The kitchen is open and large with 5 bar stools at the countertop. The separate dining area will seat up to 8 people and has access to a small deck. The loft bedroom has a Queen bed with a lounge chair, a closet, and a small dresser. There is a full-size bath with a single vanity sink and a shower tub combo.
The third "studio" bedroom is off the kitchen and is very large and spacious, offering an additional 750 square feet of living space. There is a Queen bed, a 42-inch TV, an impressive river rock gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and access to the deck with a small table and chairs. The view is of Bald Mountain, just like the main living area. There is a large walk-in closet and a washer/dryer. The bathroom has a double sink vanity, a large soaking tub, and a separate shower. This room also has a kitchenette, a table, and 2 chairs, plus extra seating in front of the fireplace.
The unit has two ski lockers, generous storage, high-speed internet, and a shared washer/dryer in the building.
Complex Features: The Wildflower Condominiums are located at the Sun Valley Village and are the condos closest to the resort pool, restaurants, and amenities. Dollar Mountain and the Sun Valley Pavilion are just a short distance away and are an easy walk on the paved bike path. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski mountains and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle. All Wildflower buildings have a shared laundry room available, and these condos offer impressive views of Bald Mountain.
Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenity passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available for both winter ( heated as a giant hot tub) and summer. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kidsâ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time.
Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property youâve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
