Property was Very Nice and the community is great - Felt very safe and secure

Property was Very Nice and the community is great - Felt very safe and secure - Would recommend to anyone with a family. Only issue s they allow pets and there was some dog hair and my daughter has really bad allergies. Would not recommend if kids have pet allergies as they're were quite a few dog hairs no matter how much my wife cleaned.

As described, this unit had a beautiful view and almost flawless interior. High quality furnishings and kitchenware. Cleaner than any other rental we ever had.

EXCEPTIONAL CONDO

The condo had everything you could possibly want from kitchen appliances, cleaning supplies, beach chairs, beach umbrella, bikes, and beach and pool toys. The pool at the complex was very relaxing. Having 3 bathrooms was wonderful. Two of them were attached to a bedroom which made it like two master bedrooms. All of the beds were comfortable. We would recommend this to all of our friends.

Amazing property!

We have stayed at one particular harbor before and this time this condominium did not disappoint! It met every expectation and more. We had a fabulous time and if we come back, we will definitely try to obtain this property again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great 3 bedroom. Spotless, updated, plenty of space and all amenities. Love harbor isle - beach club is amazing, club house so fun and the gym is beautiful! Met many lovely people and will return next year for a month to a smaller unit. Maintenance fold for building were extremely responsive and helpful when needed to explain the tv. The realtor or owner could provide a little more direction upon arrival - a welcome package that explains the veranda pass , beach club and club house hours and upcoming events for the month would be very helpful. Overall, a great stay, convenient location to the island and other area attractions. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Spectacular SSYC Spring Break Getaway

Absolutely amazing!! What an incredible week at this fabulous location!! Three couples stayed at this gorgeous condo and everything was simply perfect!! We will beback again and will recommend it to all of our friends and family!! A+++

Bradenton / Holmes Beach condo

Spacious and clean. Views over lake and nature preserve form 4th floor were beautiful for sunises and rest of day. Kitchen with sink island very nice for meals and prep and grazing. Contacting directly with suggestions. Beautiful weather and community with lake trails and club access with large pool and workout facilities! Easy access to Amelia Island beaches and things to do for families and adults. Walk to fishing and bike paths are great.

We bought carpet fresh and vacuumed all the rugs in condo. Along with buying candles.It was a string odor. Also better communication on the keyless entrance would be great!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice unit, over the top security, tiny pool, weird segregation between weeklies and monthlies. Key Fob ****. Over priced experience for sure. It's locked down like a prison, couldn't even walk around the lake outside my patio for gods sake! There are apparently more pools and restaurants but we wouldn't know because we couldn't get in , which is just stupid. When you pay $5k+ for SEVEN nights you expect access to ALL fing amenities.Won't be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying at this property! It was a beautiful condo with plenty of space for our family. We really enjoyed the Anna Maria beaches, and the condo was located just right over the bridge from the island. Our son was playing in a tournament at the IMG Academy and the condo was only a short drive from there as well. The kids loved having a pool and splash pad and made new friends during our stay. We will definitely be returning!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of property was excellent. Condo was pretty clean when we checked in. The problems were a distinct odor of dog urine in the loveseat after a week. The master shower had mold around the lower tiles in shower. The master bath toilet brush was beyond disgusting. Needs to be replaced. Don’t feel for the money we got our best option. Other properties in that complex seemed to be more on their game.
