Omfattande ombyggda och inredda! Denna enhet har fantastisk utsikt över viken och ligger bara några steg från stranden!

Du är inbjuden att komma njuta av denna öppna och luftiga, två-säng, två-bad lägenhet i Surfside Resort med utsikt över stranden, så nära du kan höra vågorna från varje rum !!

SPRINGBREAK NYHETER
Vår policy förbjuder uthyrning till vem som helst under 25 år. Det betyder att i alla grupper av gäster måste minst en vara 25 år eller äldre.

Förutom det perfekta stället att koppla av på stranden kommer din semester att vara en bris i vårt helt nya kök som nyligen har ombyggts. Alla nya apparater som presenterar en praktisk vägg ugn, mikrovågsugn, glas koka upp, diskmaskin och stor sida vid sida kylskåp med ismaskin. Nya granit och en ö gör för en rymlig matsal svit att samlas kring för en måltid eller ens spel natt! Om matlagning, äta, titta på TV eller bara koppla av, du alltid har en fantastisk utsikt!

Den överdimensionerade balkong är också tillräckligt stor för dig och dina gäster att ha en måltid på eller att njuta av eftermiddagssolen och är tillgängligt från köket, vardagsrummet, och båda sovrummen.

Alla badrum var bara uppdateras med nya plattor, skåp och belysning. Sovrummet svit är vackert dekorerad med en king size-säng, platt-TV, stora upplysta klädkammare och ett rymligt mästare bad som inkluderar en tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Luckan fönster i sovrummet gör att du känner som om du cruising vattnet i viken. Du kan sova med de glidande glasdörrarna, höra havet och känna brisen!

Det andra sovrummet har en egen ingång egen och en balkong att se stranden. Den har två dubbelsängar, en platt-TV / DVD, mini-kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, och badrum.

Vi har också bara lagt till en premium luftmadrass på taket (lagras i sovrummets klädkammare) - så vi kan nu rymma upp till åtta!

Enheten är bara två våningar upp från Surfside privata walk-over till glänsande vita sanden på Gulf Coast, en privat soldäck, simbassänger och bubbelbad. Vi har även lämnat dig några stranden leksaker att använda också! Det finns inga bekymmer med stranden parkering eller korsar Scenic Gulf Drive för att komma till stranden - Surfside har den enda privata walkover (och den enda året-runt uppvärmd pool) i Walton County!

The perfect family get away

It is the perfect location and amenities for a family vacation. The full kitchen and bedrooms with their own bathroom were really nice. Its right off the beach and easy access. The view was beautiful!We absolutely will stay here again.

Great location

The location was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, there were issues with the water which the host communicated with us. They left wine and coffee but if you use it they want you to replenish it. We don't drink either one. No extra trash bags were provided. No dishwasher soap or any bath soap were provided. The carpet needs to replaced or cleaned. Vents in the bathroom were dusty. Dishwasher needs to be cleaned inside. The bed was very comfortable.

Beautiful Beach House

Our expectations were exceeded in this Surfside condo! The unit is well maintained and appeared to be freshly painted. The appliances, furniture and linens are high quality, and wall decorations are tasteful. Kitchen is well equipped and there is an abundance of beach toys and towels. Beach access is convenient, and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Hosts responded promptly to our communications.

Great stay!

Everything was exactly as shown on the website. The unit was clean and had everything you could need for your stay. Location of unit was great. If you didn't want to wait for the elevator, you could easily take the stairs. Plenty of room to cook together, or just relax. Buyer Beware

We were five women aged 55-61, grandmothers. We followed all instructions for check out plus some, and I have never seen this many instructions for a VRBO. We washed the towels, folded and put them back, stripped the beds and placed all sheets in front the washer (there was no laundry detergent in the unit to start the sheets in the washer), which I informed the owner on day 2 of our 4 day stay (to which he replied some stores which I could purchase some), we brought in the patio cushions, and emptied all the trash. In addition to instructions, we swept, cleaned the countertops and glass coffee table. However, on the day we left, the owner wrote us stated the cleaner stated the unit was "very messy" and the cleaner spent and extra 90 minutes cleaning, and he was keeping a large extra cleaning fee from the colossal damage deposit. I asked him to describe the "mess", which he couldn't because there was none. I also asked him for pics of the "mess", which he couldn't because there was none. Luckily, Muhammad, from VRBO backed me up in that the owner, had no evidence of alleged "mess" and therefore implored him to return the three figure extra cleaning fee. Thanks VRBO! Otherwise, the place was nice enough, and the location was good. The condo pool was very small and not on the beach (saw some pics that were not this pool). Definitely not worth the stress of fighting to my full deposit back!

Family vacation

We love this facility, it’s close to all the Destin features and easy beach access with the sky walk. The room had all the pots and pans needed to cook. Loved the view. Communication with owners was fast and efficient.

We didn't want to leave

The condo was very clean and spacious, great for two families even. The location to the beach was so easy and quick. Having the restaurant and beach bar on site was a huge plus! The owners were very kind and quick to answer any questions. My little family loved it and we can't wait to go back.

Vacation

Excellent rental exactly as described. The owners were punctual with details and eager to answer any questions. We had four adults and one grandchild. Everyone enjoyed their time at the condo and the resort.

Perfect location & very nice condo. It’s very close to everything!! Sleeps 4ppl very comfortably. Our teenagers enjoyed having their own beds. Our bed was very comfortable as well!!

Grandaughters16th Birthday

We had a wonderful vacation with our grandchildren. The condo was wonderful! We were very close to everything. The only issue was parking at times, and long waits at the elevators, but that would not deter me at all from renting there again from the owners of that specific condo. Pool area was excellent. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Miramar Beach Condo at Surfside Resort

Awesome location! Very nice accommodations. Walk to the beach was easy. Great location to access many things from this location. Grocery shopping is very close by. Loved our stay. View of the ocean from the condo was very nice.

Surfside sits in a beautiful area, right on the beach. The beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, with beautiful white sands and blue water, and it's just a few steps away from your room! There is an excellent restaurant at Surfside, and many more within a short walk or drive. There's even a tiki bar right on the beach where you can take a break and get a drink in the shade.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Unique because it is one of the few units to completely take the wall out that separates the kitchen from the living/dining area. Now it's wide open and spacious enough to see the Gulf and hear the waves while having coffee in the kitchen, relaxing for a nap in either bedrooms, or just a short walk down two floors to the pool and beach walkover. The walkover means no parking issues, just walk over the top of Scenic Gulf Drive and down the stairs to the beach. We also have the ONLY YEAR-ROUND heated swimming pool. Conveniences galore! Beach setup is included (May through October). The Royal Grille Restaurant at Surfside is also available for fine dining with gulf front views and now has an outdoor dining bar/grille to sit and gaze at the ocean while enjoying food and drinks. The first floor has a gift shop, salon, and massages too! There is a workout room for the guest that doesn't think swimming is enough exercise! Everything you need is right here at Surfside. The resort also does special events so if you have a wedding in your future, they can have their reception right here, with gulf front views right in the reception hall! There's a lot waiting for you at Surfside!!!
