Getting Around:
There's a private underground parking garage, in the event you're arriving by car. Also, when you drive around in town be aware where you park as you may be in a metered parking spot. In which case you'll need need to search for the meter to pay for your parking. The meters are in effect from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm, except for official holidays.There are also public parking lots around town for a nominal fee by the hour/day. Luckily, however, the property is centrally-located you won’t really need a car because everything is within walking distance. And for any activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) to where you need to go.
The condo is about 55.5 km/34.5 miles or about a 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

**There is ongoing building maintenance taking place, expect construction noise between 11 am and 2 pm and moderate noise until 6pm.**
- In the event of city-wide power outages conducted by the Federal Commission of Electricity, elevator service may be impacted. Please note that the elevator is external to the rented apartment, and its proper functioning cannot be guaranteed during such outages.
- This building is not suitable for individuals with disabilities. It does not have ramps or easy access for wheelchairs, scooters, or other mobility aids.
- We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like bottled drinking water, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Please note that these will not be refilled during your stay. If you'd like to arrange grocery delivery, just let us know! We also provide quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels** and kitchen equipment to give you the most comfortable stay. And if you need an airport transfer, we can help you with that too! Just let us know! (**Please use WHITE towels for the pool! The STRIPED towels are for the beach only. They aren't allowed in the pool area. Thank you in advance!)
- Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation
- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- There is no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.
House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- The wristband must be returned upon check-out. Failure to return the wristband will result in a $100 USD fine for each unreturned wristband.
- Only registered guests wearing their wristbands have access to common areas.
- Non-registered individuals are strictly prohibited from entering the condo-hotel and its facilities. Unauthorized access may result in fines and/or immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
- Pool hours: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. No food or beverages are allowed in the pool area.
- Speakers and sound systems are prohibited in the pool area. Only white towels may be used.
- Minors must always be accompanied by an adult. The use of the pool is at the guest's own risk.
- Access to the gym is permitted only for adults. Teenagers aged 14 and older may use it only when accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Please refrain from mistreating the gym equipment. Damage or misuse may result in fines.
- No food or alcoholic beverages are allowed in the gym. Only bottled water or sealed drinks are permitted.
- No parties or events are permitted. Speakers or music are only allowed inside private units, at a moderate volume, and until 10:00 p.m. Guests are asked to avoid excessive noise that may disturb others.
- The possession, use, or consumption of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or weapons is strictly prohibited. Violators will be reported to the authorities.
- Hanging clothes, towels, or other items on balconies or terraces is not permitted.
- Smoking is prohibited in indoor common areas or where otherwise indicated. No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 USD penalty.
- Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occur during their stay or cover necessary extra cleaning charges if required after their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are allowed with prior notice, and an extra fee may apply if approved.
* Failure to comply with these rules may result in:
- Verbal or written warnings.
- Restricted access to common areas.
- Fines ranging from $50 USD to $300 USD, depending on the nature of the violation (e.g., lost wristbands, damages, noise).
- Immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
- Electricity cut-off in case of excessive noise or repeated offenses.
- Involvement of law enforcement authorities in serious cases.
