This place was very well kept, had all The cleaning supplies for house. Even had a pool pass!

This was a very nice place! Neighbors were friendly as well! Would definitely stay here again! Everything was clean and well kept! Had absolutely no problems!

Grandmothers Golfing Condo

Roses are red. Violets are blue, we stayed at Grandmas condo here is our review. All beds are thin, coil, twin mattress including the master which is two twin mattress pushed together. If you have a bad back this is not the place for you. Bring your own trash bags, only one was provided for a four day stay. A good local and is only a 10 min drive to the beach. The house has white/cream carpeting which is not practical for little kids. The balcony is a nice feature. Home decor is dated and to many nick naks around.

Host did not help at all

The location of the property was great . We did not have to drive far to go to all the attraction sites . However, the first day we are arrived the microwave was out . They promised they would come the next day to fix it. We brought a lot of food so we needed the microwave to warm up our food. They never came to fix it. I called and texted multiple times , I even emailed them . They never answered my email and stopped answering my calls . Thankfully my dad was able to fix the microwave after a couple of days . I would not stay there again!!

Great fit for the family

The condo was just a short drive from basically everything. The kids enjoyed the pool. The only downside, which is why people read reviews anyway, is that there was ONE trash bag and the kitchen isn't as stocked as you'd expect. It said complimentary toiletries -- it's 2 hotel-sized shampoo bottles. Pack your own seasonings and spices -- including salt and pepper. The TVs didn't work and the microwave worked the first night for two bags of microwavable popcorn. For the rest of the stay, it wouldn't work. I messaged the host and Evolve and was ghosted.
