Appartement entsprach nicht den Erwartungen

Wurden in letzter Minute in ein anderes Appartement umgebucht da Wasserschaden. Wir haben uns nicht sehr wohl gefühlt. Dunkel, ein Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster. Bein betreten fiel bereits der erste Hacken von der Wand. Die WC-Halterung beim ersten bedienen. Im Bad war Schimmel in den Fugen und die Küche war sehr alt. Es wurde nur kosmetisch renoviert, das Ganze erschien recht verwahrlost. Hätten für den hohen Preis mehr erwartet. Waren bei Sonder in Boston in einem wunderschönen und tollen Appartement das wir nur loben können.

Not as it seemed

The photos on VRBO were NOT remotely the same as the pictures. We havre stayed at many VRBO properties and the pictures are supposed to represent the property we are renting. We did not expect this to be a hotel experience where the room you get may not look exactly like the picures (but are generally close). Here the pics were much nicer than the actual property and that is wrong. it was supposed to be a non smoking room but the room smelled of stagnant smoke which we are sensitive to. There is also no one to talk to other than a chat agent on the property owner's app and that agent was just a go between us and an unknown "team". The room was comfortable otherwise.

Great way to visit with Family

We brought our adult daughters to NYC to visit our adult daughter. Plenty of room for everyone to visit with each other. Fantastic location- convenient to two subway stops. Would def stay again!!

Perfect rental

This rental was clean, safe and very conveniently located and was the perfect place for me and my 3 teenage boys. The only issue I had was that I was under the impression that the unit had a washer/dryer but our particular rental did not and we had packed accordingly. We were therefore not terribly but a bit inconvenienced from under packing but aside from this, we would most definitely be staying here again on our next trip to NYC.
