This lovely home sits high on the hillside and enjoys gorgeous views of Emerald Mountain! Located perfectly in-between downtown Steamboat Springs and the Ski Resort, the home offers easy access to all your summer and winter adventures. Conveniently located just minutes from downtown and 5 minutes to the Mountain. Spectacular views from the living room take in the iconic Howelsen Hill and the locals favorite Nordic and biking trails on Emerald Mountain.
4 BD / 3BA that boasts polished wood floors throughout, lots of natural light, modern finishes mixed with some mountain elements and inviting living spaces. This home offers great flexibility, a nice option for a group as it has a lot of beds, or two families traveling together, and you're also welcome to bring the family dogs!
In addition to the great room, there are 3 bedrooms on the main floor, plus a bathroom off the hallway and a laundry closet located on the main floor. The primary bedroom has high ceilings with ceiling fan, and ensuite with walk in shower and double vanity. This bedroom also enjoys access to the deck and backyard from the sliding glass door.
