House in Chandler

This house has a wonderful pool and back yard space. However the grass is only mowed twice a month. It was over 14” long 2 days prior to it getting mowed. The pool is beautiful but was not in working order when we arrived. We were compensated for it and for us the weather was not great pool weather so it was ok. Be sure it is working if you want a house with a pool. We were told it needed to be drained and fixed - ultimately they made it in working order about a week into our stay. It has nice cushion wicker funitire under a covered area but no pool chairs to sit by pool only camping like chairs. Plenty of towels and sheets and pool towels Lots of supplies like soap paper products spices , cooking supplies and a grill. No outside table to eat at. There was not many serving dishes and 0 drinking glasses and after sending a complaint they did have some delivered. One week into our stay! This still could have improvement but workable! The furniture is nice - only one working TV in living room. The one in bedroom does not work! We were there to golf and off road ride a lot so the house was OK

I'm a social worker at a level 1 trauma center ER. I have been spit at, cursed, and otherwise abused by inebriated, high, or otherwise mentally compromised persons, but this was a new form of abuse. This was the first time in over 10 years that I've been able to get away for 2+ weeks and am home working, and still crying. No glassware, no patio furniture by the pool, no lamps- only overhead lighting, plumbing problems, no oven, over $200 of food frozen as the fridge not set appropriately; property for dogs, but 2 holes in the fence we plugged up so as not to lose our dogs; sprinkler ran 5-6 times a day, dogs came in wet/dirty- no mop/broom so this 68 yo person on my hands/knees cleaning with paper towels; ring camera for security? no instructions to use; no kitchen light for 3 days; had to ask sweet caretaker to show us how to use the TV remote, only to learn at the final hour - can't get the super bowl live- REALLY!!! reported to Evlove - MEAGER compensation of less than 14% of what we paid to stay there, which did not even cover the costs of items I had to purchase (including more food) to make it habitable. final straw? the 37 burs I had to pick out of my puppy's fur in one sitting. I fear I will be labelled "a Karen", but I have rented in several other locations around the US and other countries and NEVER, NEVER had any problems, much less to the magnitude as this.

The house was not that clean, the pictures of the house are much better than the real thing.

It was ok for the time spent there, would not go there again. The kitchen had very limited utensils to cook with, no drinking glasses. The coffee pot was not very good. There was no cable TV in the front room, which’s states in the ad they have it. The TV in the bed room was old and had nothing not even batteries in the remote. The water to the back lawn came on so often that it was flooding the lawn. The hard wood floors are worn and coming up. The fence is so old the slats are falling off. For the money I spent on 4 nights was a rip off. I would not recommend this house.

Great Stay

My family of 4 adults stayed here over Christmas, and it was fantastic. The house has two very comfortable beds, a pull out couch, and a beautiful backyard with a pool. The kitchen is stocked with the bare necessities needed to cook. I highly recommend staying here, and I look forward to coming back!

Relaxing Stay

We were looking for a place to stay and relax with our small dog. This proved to be a great fit. Neighborhood was quiet, too.

Chillin in chandler

Neat and clean, could use new floors and kitchen cabinet update but bathrooms recently done and newer appliances. It was perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed the pool and the memory foam beds were comfortable.

Nice place for warmer weather

Lots of nice little amenities, extra blankets, towels for the pool, soap and shampoo, toilet paper and all the cleanup stuff you'd need, since you'd never pack it. Property was clean and the pool looked wonderful, but wasn't heated. The little grass back yard probably cost more to keep alive than my 1 acre lot back home.
