The main bedroom and second bedroom are located upstairs, the main bedroom also having access to a private balcony to capture the morning sun and sea breeze to flow through. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor making this an easy, relaxing holiday for the elderly, this room also has a private TV and sitting area to relax. The main bathroom is also located upstairs, designed as a 3-way bathroom working conveniently with a separate area with the bath and walk-in shower, separate vanity area and separate toilet.

Downstairs you can stay cool or warm year-round with the reverse-cycle air conditioning system in the open plan living are, catch up on your favourite shows on the large wall mounted TV and DVD player for all your entertainment. Indulge in culinary adventures in the well-equipped modern kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, microwave oven, family size fridge/ freezer, and complete cooking appliances.

Please keep in mind that noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:

Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am
