HOUSE RULES:
•   Maximum occupancy limit: 6 adults + 2 children (age 12 and under).
•   No invited Guests are allowed.
•   To give access to the property it is necessary to sign the registration form and provide a valid ID (with photo and signature).
•   No smoking allowed
•   Minimum age to rent is 21
•   All persons are required to wear wristbands.
•   Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
•   No pets allowed.
•   Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.'s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
•   BBQ Grills: Available in the designated “Palenque” area. Perfect for a lovely outdoor meal with family or friends. 2 Burner BBQ Grill: $40.00 and 4 Burner BBQ Grill: $50.00
•   Our rental properties are family oriented. Good behavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed. Minimum age to rent is 21 and must be present during the entire stay.
•   We kindly request that Guests respect the Resort/HOA rules. Failure to comply with their house policies is grounds for eviction from the property and/or penalties/fines . Please contact us if you have any questions.

Needs some repairs and replacements

Adequate, not as new as the pictures show. One bed had broken down mattress, dishwasher did not clean-door and controls taped. Entry door needed replaced, both locks were very hard to get them to work. Had to call maintenance to come and put cover over pothole window in bedroom as people could see right in day or night. There was only one cable box and it had to be moved from bedroom to living room, leaving no tv in bedroom. With all that being said, we enjoyed that it was located in a gated area with 24-7 security, our issues were answered promptly, loved being close to beach, enjoyed the washer and dryer to keep plenty of towels. Employees were helpful and friendly.
