Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

A Special Spot

Gaze out at marsh and dune and blue sea beyond. Look up at the stars at night. Watch sunrise from the master bedroom. Walk to the beach for a swim at noon and a two-mile walk on the epic Brewster Flats four hours later. Cook in the well-appointed kitchen. And enjoy.

Walk to the Creek

Lovely location, easy short walk to Paines Creek - a longtime family favorite. Great place to learn about magic of times, convenient to everything we wanted to do. House was very full of personal stuff that needed to be stored in closets to make space for our busy group. Major issue was bedding - beds and pillows needed a better cleaning, sanitizing - we provided own sheets which could not cover up “human” odors. All that aside, we would return in a heart beat - unique and charming spot to get that Old Cape Cod feeling.
