Great Time

Everything was as described, the house was clean, checkin and checkout easy. The only thing I would recommend is a few steaming service be made available for guests. Besides that, everything was great!

Wonderful Stay!

Everything was as described in the listing. Property was very clean and quiet for our annual family vacation. Check-in process was seamless. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. The lazy river and clubhouse pool were added bonuses. I would highly recommend.

Vacation Rental

The house is beautiful with a great layout. I’ve been vacationing in Champions Gate for 10+ years and absolutely love the community. Our guest contact was Michael and he was great and easy to work with. We had a hiccup upon arrival with our code not working. We did arrive near midnight but we were able to get that resolved within about 20 minutes, not bad considering the time of night. My only complaint was the pool /hot tub heat didn’t stay up to temperature, and the weather was in the high 80s so that wasn’t a factor. Michael did send someone out to look at it and adjust the heat for us. The pool warmed and stayed warm after that but the hot tub was much colder than the pool, definitely not hot tub temperature at all. I did alert Michael to have that checked into. I would also suggest adding bureaus or dressers to the bedrooms as there aren’t any in the upstairs bedrooms so we lived out of our suitcases for the stay. Overall it was a great place to stay while on vacation and would recommend staying in this house.

Really nice house and property with superior customer service

The house itself is really nice, just as advertised. It was clean, modern, convenient and comfortable with pretty much everything you need. But the excellent service was really what made our experience simply outstanding. Our group has stayed in this area for 20 years and we have never experienced the professional, responsive and top-notch communications and customer service as we did with this team. They were patient with our questions and quite fast with responses and even went out of their way to accommodate some of our non-standard requests.

Great stay

overall we had a great stay at this property. The location was great and Champions Gate Resort was very nice. The house was just like the pictures posted . We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The host was great and very easy to reach. Only one drawback was that most of the beds didn't have a top bedsheet and that made us a little uncomfortable about sleeping in those beds because we dont think that the bedspreads get laundered after every stay. Other than that everything else was great.

Beautiful house

The house is exactly as pictured. Tons of room for families! Any questions we had were prompted answered. The clubhouse pool, lazy river and splash pad provided tons of entertainment.

Very nice and clean

Overall the property is great for families with plenty of room and the pool/spa was terrific. The management company was also quick to respond to questions. If staying here, the home didn't come well stocked with extras such salt and pepper, enough garbage bags, pool noodles, etc. so be sure to bring your own if staying more than a couple of days. It was also a bit longer of a drive than expected to attractions due to traffic so I would also advise you check travel times as well.

Gate Entry Needs Updating

Home was clean and comfortable. Missing a few necessities such as dish soap and sponge. Requested pool and jacuzzi to be heated but it was not. The check into the gate it took 45Min to 1 hour and created a disaster at the gate entrance. They need to update this process.

Great location, perks, and amenities—NO RVs ALLOWED!

I have nothing but good things to say about our stay but wanted to call out that RVs, big trucks, trailers, etc. will not be allowed to enter the community. I had a group of 9 driving in from Texas (plus 3 flying) and we came in an RV. I saw no notes or details in the posting about this being an issue. When we arrived though, we were told we could not bring the RV into the community, but we could park publicly somewhere. Luckily there was a RaceTrac down the road that let us park for $100 for the week (there are also some other RV parks in the area that you could park in for $300+ dollars a week). But it was a bit of an annoying added expense, and it would be easy to put a note about this in the posting. Aside from this, the home was fantastic. It took us a max of 20 minutes to get to any Disney theme park and about 35 mins to Universal Studios. There is plenty of space inside for large groups and the AC worked great, which was a plus since the house is a 2-story. The home also had lots of unexpected perks, including 2 small strollers, a high chair, and a playpen for small kids or babies. The heat on the pool worked quickly and was easy to manage, we used it every day of the trip! Overall, we would absolutely recommend and will keep this home in mind if we visit Disney again (which I’m sure we will!).

All of the creature comfort’s

Let me start by saying customer service is absolutely the most important to us, & our host did not disappoint! They were responsive in a timely manner and very helpful with answering all of our questions. The property is in a great location with wonderful amenities! The house was absolutely pristine when we got there, fully equipped with everything that we needed. Nothing was broken and everything was in great working condition! The resort area is absolutely wonderful! My One and only complaint, is that we could not turn the air conditioning cooler. Highly recommend staying here, 10 out of 10!

Great house, Will Stay Here Again

We enjoyed our 1st stay here in Championsgate. The house was just as picutured and very clean. Michael was a gem to work work and was in constant communication and responded to all inquiries in a timely manner. A few notes from our stay: The gate security was hit or miss on helpful. We were told we were not in the system, though Michael had proof showing we were. We were eventually able to get passes for all our cars so it was not a big issue. We LOVED the pool and jacuzzi! Note - the pool man comes on Thursdays and if he adds chemicals you will not be allowed to use the pool for 4 hours afterwards. Plan accordingly! You have full access to the amenities on the property - including the workout facility, clubhouse pool and lazy river. We used these very little as we preferred the home's pool instead. The beds are very comfortable. The Air Condition is not allowed to be lowered below a certain temp, and if you are used to a cooler temp in your own home, it can get very warm. They do have a pedastal fan that we placed in the living room and a small fan we brought from home to help with this. We would like to be able to set the AC on temps that we choose for our comfort like we do in our own homes, but we find Florida rentals do not allow this. The themes in the kids rooms were a big hit - the boys loved the Nemo/boat theme in their room and the girls loved the Disney princesses and tea set in their room! The boys did have one note to include - the upper bunk is close to the ceiling fan and they had to be careful not to hit the fan when getting out of the bed when the room was dark. The game room was awesome. We loved the arcase games and the basketball goals. It is very different from the usual pool table and foosball we have had in other rentals. We partly picked this home due to this. We put together a wish list of the items we needed on our stay as suggestions for the future: Crock Pot Clothes Rack (Like a folkding rack to dry clothes) Larger Sauce Pan Spare batteries for remotes Pool Toys More towels Again - we loved this house and will totally book again if available on a future stay!
