Family Vacation

The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed and the outsit was exactly what my family wanted with the layout chairs for everyone in my family next to a great pool and hot tub and plenty of beach towels. Communication was great with the owners. We will stay there again when we go in town. Also, loved it had hangers in closet for our clothes too!

Pleasant stay in Orlando

We had a pleasant stay other than a minor glitch with the alarm system. The beds were comfortable. Having a bathroom off every bedroom was a plus for our group. Kitchen was well equipped and we made use of it in preparation of our meals. Neighbors were quiet. Pool and hot tub were delightful. Plenty of TVs for a variety of entertainment space. Garage available but we didn’t use. Centrally located we made day trips to Disney, Universal and the beaches on each coast. Would highly recommend!

Amazing!

A lovely home filled with everything you need! The pool was like a giant bathtub(we paid the extra fee for the heat). We spent a lot of time relaxing in and around the pool. The location was excellent. Close enough to Disney ect… but far enough away to avoid the chaos! Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby! We would definitely love to come back! It was an excellent vacation spot!

Dream Come True

Great for families. Lots of room for young children to play and parents to still relax. Good location for theme parks, shopping and restaurants. Hosts are there for full support for all your needs. Excellent location. This house feels like a home. Very welcoming and comfortable.

Very nice property! My Family greatly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Any problems that we had were handled promptly and efficiently by the management team. The location was great...close to all the major attractions and an easy drive to either coast.

Very clean house and exactly as described in the listing. The owners were incredibly responsive and provided extremely detailed responses to my questions before and throughout the trip. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to rent a house with groups going to Disney or Universal Studios. Or just to relax! Very quiet neighborhood.

Awesome Family Vacation

The house was simply beautiful, clean and spacious. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms it allowed us to privacy and family time playing in the pool and using the pool table. I highly recommend this house to a family visiting Orlando for vacation. Also, the property manager was extremely responsive when we called for assistance.

Just as perfect the second time around!

Three generations of family vacationing together! The spacious five bedrooms and five full bathrooms made it easy for us to be together while having private rooms. Owners respond very quickly (within the hour) to issues and the onsite caretaker was just as quick and efficient! Highly recommend this property for its cleanliness and functionality. Volleyball tournament

Very nice place to stay! We split between 3 families and made our stay for the vball tournament a lot more affordable. It was further away than I thought because of traffic, but not too bad. My only complaint is the outside handle on the sliding glass door needs improving it was really hard to use.

This property is exceptionally clean and stocked with everything you could need. It's in a nice neighborhood in a beautiful golf community which was great for walks! The house has SO MUCH space. Kids loved using the pool table and having their own beds. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for our group of 10. Screened in pool area with TONS of seating was also a hit. This will be my go to property in this area.

This was the perfect home away from home!!!

This home was perfect for our family of five. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, even though my little boy chose to stay in the room with me. Lol. We were very impressed from the moment we got there to walking in the door. Mike and Kathy were available anytime that I need it needed them. Mrs. O'Connor responded back to my emails promptly. No problems at the home and any questions that I had, she responded immediately. We fell in love with the home and my son loved the pool. We only visited Universal Studios one day and spent the next day enjoying the home and going out shopping. We really felt like we were at our own home. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend it to others. The next time I come back to Davenport, I am definitely going to try and reserve this house again. Thanks again, It was just perfect.

Best Home Ever

The house was beautiful and very clean. It offers 2 master bedrooms and plenty of space to socialize play games or relax and not intrude on another’s person personal space or quiet time. I enjoyed the master bedroom with the tv mounted to the king bed. The walk in shower and oversized tub was definitely a plus. For others in my party enjoyed the PlayStation 4 that has two controllers and every tv had hundreds of premium cable channels to choose from. The extra amenities found in the kitchen made cooking a lot more easier because it provided just about everything you would need plates, spoons glasses and even plastic cups and other utensils. Finally the patio was the biggest that I’ve seen so far, the jacuzzi was amazing and there is plenty of seating outside for everyone which included a shaded table for board games food or drinks. The shaded deck chair swings and heated pool gave everyone in my group a chance to either unwind or relax under the sun. I would definitely stay here again and recommend you choose this home. Also my hosts were spectacular they communicated with me and was patient and answered all of my questions. The check in and check out process was flawless. They made spending time there amazing….

Great girls weekend get away.

The house was amazing for our girls weekend getaway trip. The neighborhood was quiet and I think everyone liked the location and the house itself. However there definitely were a few draw backs which is why I couldn't rate it five stars. The hours was extremely clean and organized which. Was helpful but some of the inventory lists posted in the bedrooms were not accurate upon our arrival. We stayed the weekend of presidents day for our friends trip. We paid for pool heat and had planned our trip around using the pool and hot tub Saturday night. When we arrived the pool was cold and had been left partially uncovered so it was still too cold to use Friday night which admittedly might have had something more to do with the weather so we read too much into it. But still. Had the pool been covered we might have been able to use it that night. On Saturday night the pool maintenance guy came unannounced to Drain the hot tub literally as we were preparing to use it. There was no communication from the property owners or management company before had as explained in the rental Agreement. And it definitely shifted our plans for the evening since using the hot tub directly after a water and chenical Change is likely to cause skin irritation. In addition to this The maintenance guy left before the hot tub was filled and we had to change our plans again to ensure the hot tub didn't over flow and we all wanted at least a shot at using it the following day.

Nice Home with some issues.

The home is nice but we did have some issues when we arrived it was very easy to get in with the electronic lock, upon inspecting the rooms the ceiling fan in the sitting area upstairs and in one of the bedrooms did not work. One of the TV remotes were also missing but we found it. We found hair on and under the pillow cases in the bedroom in the main floor which made me question if the bed sheets had been changed. We also found receipts under one bed and two water bottles under another. We contacted the owners and they responded quickly and sent someone over. They were able to get one of the ceiling fans working. We were told that the previous people that stayed lost the remote to the ceiling fan so it could not be used it may seem a little picky but for the price you pay for a week I would expect to be able to use everything and not to find hair and trash under the beds. The pool and kitchen were very nice. There is not enough room to adequately use the pool table without hitting the wall so we didn't use it. The AC in the house worked very well. There was no dish detergent to wash dishes or tablets to use the dishwasher. Some of the rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms were half full. The bedroom on the main floor the cable box is under the bed so it is annoying to have to lean over and point the remote under the bed to switch channels. Overall the home is nice but the cleaning crew needs to do a better job cleaning and inspecting the house.

Beautiful Home for Large Groups

The property is in a very nice location and very well maintained. The house has so much room and would be great for multiple families. The back deck is large with plenty of seating. There are TVs everywhere and plenty of seating for meals. Watch the refrigerator door, it needs to be pushed hard to close, it does not close on its own. The pool cover was not on the pool even though it was asked to be placed on after use in October. The result was a very cold pool. I didn't pay to have it heated due to this rule and the high temperatures in FL. Speaking of, there are a lot of rules so read everything closely before you book. Our biggest complaint about our stay was the hot tub. We can only afford to go on vacation once a year and I book everything with a lot of time and care. I have many must haves when I book a home. One of those is a hot tub. We were informed the day we arrived that the hot tub didn't work properly. We were told it worked minus the functionality of creating bubbles. This was not the case. The top was off, the water was 85 degrees, the breaker was tripped with no instructions on how to function the hot tub. The jets didn't work on any seat but one (of 8). We did finally get the water up to 101 after 24 hours. But with only one functioning seat we were very disappointed. The owners knew this was broken in September and never let us know or offered a discount or the option to stay somewhere else. The owners were nice and booking was very easy.
