Marvellous Mount Apartment with pool, gym & beach
Summary:
A marvellous split-level apartment, conveniently located in the heart of the Mount. Direct access to the main beach, popular cafes and Mauao and just a few minutesâ walk to downtown shops, restaurants and bars, this is the perfect location. The incredible kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking at home, including a Nespresso coffee machine. With one secure car park space, handy Gym, heated pool and spa this stylish apartment will provide the perfect space to unwind and recharge.
The Space:
Relax in the spacious open plan living with a good book or a spot of TV, or pop out to the balcony and enjoy the ocean view with the additional dining option in the warmer months. Enjoy a BBQ and a cold drink and watch the world go by.
On the second floor is the King Size bedroom, TV and ensuite toilet. The linen is crisp and the towels are soft. The bedroom opens onto a second balcony from where you can enjoy ocean peeps and morning sunrises.
The tiled bathroom with shower, additional toilet and soft towels has a copper basin and fittings and is located on the first floor.
With one secure car parking space, handy Gym , heated pool and spa this stylish apartment will provide the perfect space to unwind and recharge.
The secure parking is located right outside the front door to the apartment.
On the third floor is the outdoor heated pool which is perfect for doing laps or just cooling off. Or you can enjoy a soak in the 38 degree hot pool. Please note the main pool is unheated in July & August. The Spa pool is heated all year round.
The private gym and beach access is at ground level. From here you can stroll around or up Mauao and/or enjoy a coffee at one of the many popular cafe's. A handy dairy and the hot pools are just across the street.

A favourite amongst travellers young and oldâŠâŠ..a brilliant base for everyone with so much to do and so much to exploreâŠ.. youâll be left with wanting more.
Located in the fabulous Bay of Plenty, Mount Maunganui is famous for its endless white sand beach, year-round surf, Pilot Bay Harbour and beautiful Mauao.
At the end of the peninsula the iconic Mauao stands elegantly at 230 meters tall. Everyone has the option of taking a leisurely stroll around the flat base. The more adventurous will have fun reaching the top and be rewarded with the spectacular 360-degree views.
Downtown Mount youâll find a laid-back strip of shops, bars & restaurants that offer all day dining most with alfresco tablesâŠâŠ.Pick up a treat or souvenir from one of the locally owned boutiques, enjoy an ice cream or coffee, browse one of the weekly markets or soak yourself in one of the salt water hot pools or treat yourself to a papering session at one of the spas.
Pilot Bay offers sheltered year-round swimming and kayaking. Picnic on the grassy shore & watch the fishermen launch their boats and cargo ships come and go.
Head to main beach where new surfers can grab a lesson and watch the more experienced catch a wave or two. If the wind is up the kite surfers will be out in force. Or just chill and enjoy a refreshing swim.
Keen golfers have the choice of two world class coursesâŠ..Summer or Winter thereâs no excuse not to get the clubs out.
For groceries youâll find an accessible New World at Central Parade along with cafe's, bike shops and a slick city eatery.
10 minutesâ drive away is the recently upgraded Bay Fair shopping centre with 150 shops and restaurants and the new United seven screen cinema. Bay Wave offers a fun day indoors in the largest pool in the Bay. Complete with wave machine, kiddies play pools and giant slide.
