We loved it!

We love staying at Mantra Sierra Grand for the Pan Pacific Masters Games! The room was great, lovely and clean and close to the lifts. Check in and check out process was very quick and easy and communication with Coast Holiday Management was fantastic. Will definitely book our next stay here again!

Exactly what we needed

Love love this place, clean, spacious, modern, brilliant location and the communication was outstanding from before we arrived to our checkout. Even sending messages asking if we needed anything during our stay and responding super fast. Will definitely be back and can highly recommend

Pretty good stay

This unit was well presented and clean but there were a few issues including fridge leaking and no access to ice or water. The shower of the main bedroom leaked profusely onto the surrounding floor The third bedroom wall does not extend to the ceiling creating privacy issues. Description should perhaps have said 2 plus 1 Lack of access to Wifi was a big minus for us That said the resort facilities and access to shops and transport Were excellent

Sierra grand apartment Broadbeach

Propert smelt like it had not been cleaned properly and on further inspection we found hair and dirt in the beds , dirt in the bath rooms looked like it was swept to the walls and left Spa was empty with no form of water to fill up Spa was filthy 1 bedroom had a false wall with no window I’m tipping illegal No towels supplied ( although when questions they sent towels up ) Over all the advertising for the apartment did not marry up with what we walked into We did not stay there and booked another apartment in another complex When discussed with management they just said to send an email and was not really worried about our concerns

Nice unit, not really 3 bedroom, quite noisy, no washing machine

Stayed for a week in July 2022. Unit was well presented and kitchen in good working order. I was disappointed that the 3rd bedroom was off the kitchen with no window and a wall that wasn’t to the ceiling. The beds were comfortable but the beds in rooms 2 and 3 were on wheels which moved around a lot on the hard floor. There is a construction site across the road which blocks some of the view and the noise begins at 6am. Halfway through our stay I went to do a load of washing to discover the washing machine didn’t work. We were told a new one had been ordered and there were no other rooms we could move to with a working washing machine.
