Enjoy stunning views of downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay that will leave you in awe. With South Miami Beach 3 miles away you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the energy of downtown Miami, giving you the ultimate Miami experience during your stay.

Please Note: Lobby Renovations in Progress

The building lobby is currently undergoing renovations. While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available—though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual.

To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way.

Residential Swimming Pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. During pool closure period:

***The Jacuzzi, along with the remaining Pool Deck and Solarium, will be open and accessible during normal operating hours for your continued enjoyment.

***We are pleased to announce that, through our special arrangements, a limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool at the Marriott Hotel. We have secured a limited number of passes per day and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

***Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room.

***Please note that the Marriott Pool passes are not personal and must be returned to the DoubleTree Front Desk after each use so they can be reissued to other residents and guests. This helps ensure fair and continued access for everyone.

***The number of available passes will be monitored and adjusted based on demand.

With over 1500 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Life Is Gucci! accommodates a maximum of 6 adults + children (15 years of age or younger).

Life is Gucci! welcomes you with its renovated design that embodies the vibrant spirit of Miami. As you step inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen on your right, complete with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. With a Publix grocery store conveniently located 1/2 block away, stocking up on ingredients is a breeze.

From the kitchen, you can enjoy a view of the spacious dining table with stylish green velvet mid-century chairs and an eye-catching Kartell light fixture. The open concept seamlessly connects the kitchen to the living room, where a sectional and 65" Roku streaming TV await. With access to Netflix, Sling, and a free movies and TV apps, entertainment is at your fingertips. However, the real star of the show is the incredible view of downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay. The living room provides easy access to one of the two furnished balconies, allowing you to fully embrace the stunning surroundings.

It's located right off the front entry and kitchen, allowing for easy accessibility and convenience.

The second bedroom boasts a king bed and breathtaking views. Equipped with a 55" Roku streaming TV, this room offers entertainment options for your enjoyment. Additionally, it provides direct access to the private balcony, where you can soak in the surrounding beauty and relax in privacy.

The third bedroom is an interior room, offering a cozy and stylish space. Despite being smaller and without windows, it doesn't compromise on comfort and aesthetics. It features two twin beds and is equipped with a Roku streaming TV, ensuring entertainment options for a pleasant stay.
