Comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in its 4 suites and bedrooms.
The Space:
Escape the routine and take your time to enjoy a magical experience in this vacation home. Privileged location, just a mile away from Disney's Animal Kingdom Park and the main Orlando attractions. This resort-style gated community is set in between Sherberth Rd. and Black Lake Rd. with quick access to the Hwy. 192.
Magic Village Resorts has a clubhouse offering personalized concierge services, fitness center and kids room, and a magnificent resort-style swimming pool. Outdoor recreation includes: a beach volleyball and tennis courts. Guests can also enjoy a coffee at the The Bridge Coffeeshop or have a delicious dinner at the Meeting Point Restaurant.
Casual atmosphere, open spaces, clean lines, and neutral colors combine to create an intimate modern vacation home. The ground floor features a spacious open-plan which consists of a flawless gourmet style kitchen with isle, full-equipped and state-of-the-art appliances, and, facing the front street, the cozy and sunny dining space. The sitting area leads to the private lanai which overlooks an open private courtyard w modern outdoor furniture. A half-bath and the laundry room with washer/dryer are located in the hallway next to the main entrance door.
Throughout the property the simple, elegant, and minimalistic décor maximizes all the ambience. The Skyline Suite is accessed from the living room and has a KingSize bed and an en-suite bathroom with glass enclosure shower box.
Upstairs there are three other suites. The Suite Dreams Master bedroom consists of a KingSize bed, a Full Size Sofa bed, a desk, an en-suite bathroom with glass enclosure shower box and a walk-in closet. The Time to Unwind Suite consist of two TwinSize beds, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The Time Stands Still Suite features two TwinSize beds, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with glass enclosure shower box.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.
We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.

** The use of resort amenities requires the payment of a daily fee, made directly to the Magic Village Clubhouse. Access to the Clubhouse amenities, including the pools, recreational areas, and fitness center, is available for a fee of $100.00 per home, per day of use, paid directly at Magic Village Resort. Access to the on-site restaurant and concierge services is included at no additional cost. Please note that access to amenities is controlled by an electronic card and only granted upon payment of the daily fee, which provides full access for all registered guests in the home for that day.
We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.
✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.
✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
