Extra stor två sovrum, två badrum enhet i en privat, lugn, gated community inom kort gångavstånd till stranden, shopping och restauranger. Varje sovrum har en bekväm queen size-säng. Det finns 3 stora HD-TV-apparater i enheten - en i varje sovrum och en i vardagsrummet tillsammans med inspelning och uppspelning. I vardagsrummet finns en bäddsoffa och det finns också 2 Aerobeds tillgängliga. Extra sängkläder, kuddar och filtar finns i varje rum. Också är olika grooming väsentligheter, inklusive schampo, tvål, raklödder etc. Det finns en balkong utanför sovrummet med ett litet bord och två stolar. Central luftkonditionering, WiFi hela, tillsammans med en dator, skrivare och scanner finns för gästerna i kontorslokaler. De välutrustade köket levereras komplett med kylskåp, spis, ugn, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, mixer, diskmaskin, sophantering, kaffebryggare, och även i-enhet tvättmaskin och torktumlare (komplett med tvätt leveranser). Köket är välfyllda med en mängd olika kryddor, kryddor, kaffe, te, matlagning leveranser, etc. Det finns också ett strykjärn och strykbräda.

Denna enhet är en perfekt semester flyktbilen - tvärs över gatan från den världsberömda Fort Lauderdale Galleria Mall och en kort promenad från Fort Lauderdale Beach. Området har också många bra restauranger, en Publix supermarket, Starbucks, och en 24-timmars CVS på hörnet. Enheten är centralt beläget till de bästa stränderna, shopping och restauranger i området. Fort Lauderdale flygplats ligger 10 minuter bort.

Den frodiga, tropiska komplex har en vacker pool och enheten har en tilldelad parkeringsplats samt gästparkering. Dessutom är komplex på en busslinje, Sun Trolley, och lättillgängligt med Uber och Lyft. Värden ger gott om nya handdukar, solstolar, parasoll, och massor av garderob och byrå utrymme. Perfect little get away

We booked this condo for the Tortuga Concert. It is in the perfect location to walk to the beach. The condo was clean, well stocked and the propermanager and owners were incredible. We will stay again.

The location is great, close to the beach next to a big mall and a whole bunch of restaurants. The building is very quiet and VERY well stocked with anything you might need. David is amazing and does whatever he can to help you out. I stayed for a week for work so I had my company truck and it’s pretty big so David worked it out with the neighbor to switch me spots so I was on the end because there’s assigned spots. It’s a very safe, quiet and family friendly building. Definitely recommend staying.

Perfect spring break getaway for family

We enjoyed our stay in the spacious two bedroom and two bath condo. Great location with lots yo so within walking distance. Ten minutes to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms are a little outdated but were clean. Lovely pool. Host was easy and prompt in all communications. We would stay here again!

Quiet, spacious condo

The condo was very spacious and clean. The pool area was very inviting. Our host was very helpful and communicated very quicly when we had questions. It was very close to Hugh Taylor Birch state park which offered great beach parking, restrooms, and kayak rentals. A great find!

Fantastic Stay

David was a fantastic host, extremely personable and very easy to communicate with. His property is fantastic and the photos do not do it justice. It was spacious, well-appointed, and perfectly located for our stay. We did not rent a car and were able to easily walk to the grocery store, water taxi stop 7, the beach as well as numerous fantastic bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends and hope to stay here again in the future.

Parking was easy, if not particularly secure - it was outside uncovered at the side of the apartment building.Minor issue: the immediate access gate and the elevator were both inoperable, making it a bit more difficult to get to the unit - especially for Seniors with luggage. We were warned about the gate, but not about the elevator.The unit itself was great - spacious, comfortable, convenient, very well equipped - with extensive explanatory printed information provided. Always quiet, no boisterous neighbors or traffic noise.One cautionary point: the runner rug in the kitchen slipped and bunched at the slightest turn or misstep. Definitely a tripping hazard - might be cured with a pad, but I would just take it out.Overall, one of the best VRBO places ever for us.

We loved this condo!

From the minute we walked in, we knew we'd made the right decision about where to stay for our week away. The condo was clean, roomy, nicely decorated, comfy, and well stocked with everything we needed--even things we hadn't thought of, like soaps, shampoos, hair dryers, beach chairs, and tons of towels! We felt safe and secure, as David, the most helpful and hospitable owner, had given us codes for entry into both the complex and the condo (with that code matching the last four digits of my cell phone--easy to remember! Location is across the street from the Galleria, a quick walk to Publix, about a mile from the beach, and short drives to restaurants, parks, and other attractions. I highly recommend this condo and would choose it again for any future visit to Fort Lauderdale.

Not what I expected

Ok nightly list rate, but you'll end up paying more. Not worth it for the price. Barely walking distance to the beach. Sub par provisions and facilities. Hall toilet leaks on floor and soap dispenser was broke. Only bath towels, cheap shampoo, and body wash was provided. Kitchen sink was clogged and filled with dirty water upon arrival. Beds, pillows, and bedding were low quality and itchy. Drawers and corners are filled with what seem to be owners stuff. The security camera is inside and has a microphone on it and there were multiple motion sensors inside, which made us feel like we were being watched. We were grateful for them to open up their house to us but would not say it's worth the price.

We are always happy to welcome guests into our home - and people on VRBO should understand that you are staying in someone's home - not a hotel. There are some personal items out of the way on top shelves or in desk drawers, but there is plenty of storage and open space for guests. Just to clarify a few things. The security camera is facing outside for the protection of guests. It is between the shutters and the window and cannot look into the unit. Inside the unit, there is one sensor - which monitors the humidity in the unit. There is no toilet in the hall. But if they are referring to the main toilet, we have not had any complaints of leaking of anything in the bathroom or kitchen sinks. If we did, we would address them immediately. In fact, this is the first we've heard of any complaints from this guest. On the other hand, the guest did not check out at the previously agreed upon time. Our housekeeper was kept waiting outside while they finished packing. When they left, my housekeeper immediately found that the TV in the master bedroom had the screen smashed in. Within 20 minutes of the guest checking out, we alerted them to the damage. They did not respond to our or VRBO's inquiries for over a week - at which point they pled ignorance. There was also indication of smoking in the unit, some cigarette damage to the terrace table, and a dent in the wall near the entrance - all of which have been documented. While mostly minor issues (and most covered by VRBO), I would not recommend Gabrielle as a courteous or careful guest. For guests who follow rules and do not cause any damage, the rate is exactly as listed. But if you cause damage, you will pay for it.
