Serene setting and lovely house

Two of us stayed in the home with our two dogs while we were attending a dog show at the fairgrounds. Not only was the home lovely and equipped with everything we needed, but the additional amenities like the restaurant, which has a wonderful view, the athletic facilities, and the dog park made it even more perfect.

Girls Only Getaway

We chose the cabin for our five-day getaway based on the photos and location. Everything worked out perfect, from the accommodations to the Running Y Ranch amenities. The cabin was perfect, we each had our own room and the two bathrooms was ideal. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, plates and pots and pans. We cooked all of our meals at the cabin. We enjoyed the view and the fireplace. Can’t say enough about the place, we are already thinking of booking another trip and reserving this cabin.

Mosquitoes but a nice trip

The property was nice. I should have read the listing better because there is only enough space to sleep 6 and then they have mats in the loft. We had kids so it wasn't a big deal. The only issue we had was mosquitoes eating is alive when using the grill and we blew a breaker on the last night.

Wonderful Stay!

I don’t often write reviews but our stay was absolutely perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed for a bbq, the towels were especially nice and plenty of them. The house was very clean! We had five adults and a couple of toddlers and we had plenty of places to sleep. We saw deer out of our window every day which was so fun for the little ones. The only complaint I could come up with is the downstairs bed is full/double sized (as it says in the listing) and it’s a tad small for two adults. Had it been more firm we could have managed better but since they are on the soft side and we would both roll to the middle and crowd each other further. I kicked my husband to the sofa and I slept like a dream, lol. The facilities themselves were really nice, a great little deli where you could grab a bite to eat, a really nice general store that wasn’t over priced and had just about everything you could imagine, and the pools were warm and fun for our granddaughter. If I ever had to go back, I’d definitely stay here again.

Mother in law visit

Enjoyed everything about staying at the Cottage, it was very clean, plenty of the required amenities, very comfortable and quiet setting, if I was to change anything it would be the lighting from the parking spot to the cottage, very hard to see at night and maybe some bigger TVs, at my age it’s hard to see with the tiny tv’s, otherwise I would recommend this place to all my friends and family

Relaxing and Peaceful

This was the perfect place to stay while attending our sons wedding. Our friends also stayed in the area and it was lovely to meet at the Running Y lodge for dinners. Friends brought their electric bikes and enjoyed rides through the area. A most definite must visit and stay.

Great for our day trip to Crater Lake

Warning! Do not try to communicate with the property manager through VRBO. They never responded to any of my messages. The day we were supposed to check in we still hadn't heard how to access the house. In looking at the listing I saw Evolve listed as the property manager and did a search in my email and found the instructions in my trash folder. Had I not looked I would never have been able to access the house since they never responded to any of my questions sent in the inbox. The house was as listed. The community it quaint and quiet.

RUNNING Y RANCH IN KLAMATH FALLS

Great place to stay. Great location for all things we planned to do. All kinds of wildlife from deer to quail. Peaceful. Very enjoyable! (If I could suggest anything would be to change the door on the refrigerator to open in the opposite direction, and so simple to do. It's awkward the way it is, up against the wall. And there is only two plastic bowls in the kitchen)

Perfect stay

What a great stay! Incredibly clean and professional. I have no concerns or complaints. Great location to visit lava beds national monument and crater lake. Running Y ranch was also fun with a great indoor swimming pool. We also enjoyed playing pickle ball. There was a deer that would walk by every night at about 6ish. Everybody had a blast. I would highly recommend.

Great Chalet in Beautiful setting

This is a great property in a very nice community. Our only complaint was the bed situation in the downstairs bedroom. We were expecting a queen and at best the bed might have been an RV queen, very small for 2 adults. Because of this bed situation we would not book this property again if more than one couple were traveling. Other than that the property was great.

Winter Cabin Wonderland

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. There were excellent amenities in the cabin and on the property. The kids had a blast sledding at the golf course, and we all enjoyed ice skating at the rink. Con- The thermostat was a bit of a challenge for us because we couldn't set the timing of when the heat would kick on, so we got really sweaty early in the morning. Directions would be nice.

Great Location

This place has a great location in a beautiful area of southern Oregon. Has everything you would need for the family. Would definitely return if they get a bigger bed in the master suite. Bed was comfortable but having a double bed in the master suite makes no sense when the room is big enough for at least a queen bed. Also, make sure that you bring toilet paper and trash bags. I've stayed in lots of VRBO's and I still don't understand why we always have to bring our own toilet paper and trash bags. There were two rolls when we arrived for a 5 night stay.
