Casa Invitados | Luxury Couples Retreat

Escape the fast pace of everyday life at this serene Hill Country guesthouse, just 10 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. Whether you're planning a couple's getaway or a relaxing weekend with a friend, Casa Invitados features two private rooms, each equipped with a TV and a cozy bed, offering privacy and ample space to unwind. Enjoy watching deer and other wildlife through large windows or stargaze from one of the many outdoor areas. Treat yourself to a well-deserved break!

The space
The living room has a large bank of windows that provide a private view of the countryside and the deer feeder. It features a seating area, a dining area, and a twin-sized bed. The room is furnished with a 65” Roku 4K TV. Additionally, there is a private courtyard located just outside the front door.

The bedroom features a king-size bed with a Tuft & Needle mattress and is positioned to offer a view through the patio doors of a private deck covered by a pergola. It is furnished with a 55-inch Roku 4K TV.

Each room has a mini-split air conditioner and separate remotes for convenient temperature control, guaranteeing year-round comfort. Additionally, every TV offers complimentary streaming services: YouTube TV, Netflix, and Apple TV+.

Inside the bathroom, you will find a convenient tub/shower combination and toilet in a separate enclosed area, while the spacious vanity and sink are part of the bedroom area, making it easy for two people to get ready at the same time.

The kitchenette includes an apartment-size refrigerator with a separate top freezer, a microwave, a Keurig coffeemaker, a hot water kettle, a toaster, and all the other essential amenities.

Guest access
There is covered parking, a private observation deck with seating and binoculars for an elevated view of the grounds, and an outdoor grill.

Other things to note
Several wineries are located nearby, such as August Vin and Invention Vineyards. Also, the La Bonne Vie Ranch wedding venue is just down the street. Your hosts live on the property, but the Casa is in a separate building with a private entrance and outdoor areas. Check out our reviews to hear what other guests have said.

Amazing Stay

We came for a weekend getaway and were not disappointed. The place is gorgeous, well-accommodated, and super clean. No detail was left out. Definitely our favorite place, and we have stayed many, many places in the Hill Country.

Wonderful time!

Best rental we have ever had!

We have been going to Fredericksburg for 7 years and this has been our favorite place we have stayed. It was super nice and everything was well thought out. Bed was very comfy, TV had what we needed with smart apps and large size, a great view of the deer on the property (which itself was very nice) and close to Augusta vin, which is one of our favs and only a 15min drive to town. We plan to stay here again on the future trips we take! Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

The property is beautiful and so peaceful! Great spot for a weekend getaway when needing some peace and relaxation and if you need anything Fredericksburg is just a few minutes away. The place is exceptionally clean and updated with many modern features the soaking tub is wonderful! Definitely recommend staying here!

Best Getaway Ever

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it was absolutely perfect. The attention to detail and the cleanliness of the place was remarkable. We loved waking up to deer at the feeder. The drive into town was short but far enough where we felt like we were away from the crowd. Will definitely be back again!! 10/10

We loved our stay at Casa Invitados. Everything is fresh, new and modern. The large King bed and the shower/bathtub combination were both wonderful. The wooden deck off the bedroom was a refreshing amenity and watching the deer at the deer feeder was very enjoyable. The Echo Dot was a very nice touch too.

Beyond our expectations. My wife said over and over that this was the cleanest place we've stayed in to date. Excellent accommodation and just close enough to town not to be an issue. Kim and Robin where so helpful. I recommend this location to anyone wanting to escape from the everyday life.

Deer Aplenty

We had a wonderful time staying here. If you are looking for a serene spot to just relax as a couple this is perfect. the feeder out of the back window was awesome. each morning we saw probably 20 - 30 deer within 60 feet of the house. The house is perfect size and well appointed. The bed was a little hard for our taste, but that is simply a preference. The property manager was extremely helpful in recommending restaurants and golf and could not have been any nicer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Spectacular!

Our stay at Casa Invitados was more than what we expected. It was perfect. The property was beautiful! The accommodations were impeccable and so comfortable. From relaxing on the observation deck at night gazing at the stars (binoculars included!) to watching the October 2023 eclipse from a perfect open spot on the property, add in abundant wildlife like deer and jack rabbits, it was everything and more. Local spots like climbing Enchanted Rock, exploring Wildseed, and music in Luckanbach, are only a few minutes and a short drive away. Another trip is already being planned and in the works!

Perfect piece of Heaven near everything

We attended a wedding at La Bonne Vie this past weekend and we could not have picked a better location. It's literally one driveway away! You are about 12 mins from main street where they have everything you need. Casa Invitados is behind the main house, tucked away in it's own little place. Seeing it from the outside doesn't do this place justice. Once you walk in the front door you immediately see the attention to detail everywhere. Great size living room with TV and three big windows to enjoy the outdoors from inside. The kitchen has everything you need (except oven). Behind the kitchen you step through into the master bedroom and bath. The bed is super comfortable and the shower is amazing! We enjoyed the sunrise from the bed but they have an upper outside deck area to enjoy both the sunrise or sunset and the deer. Do yourself a favor pick this place. You will not be dissappointed.

Magical

A must stay! Everything about this place is well thought out. My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and enjoyed every detail. From the sweet flowers and muffins (from our host) upon arrival to the very comfortable bed after a long day. So impressed with the set up and cleanliness. The property is located in a quiet area but close enough to shopping , food, and of course wine. The weather was on the cooler side and we enjoyed having our coffee in the morning (k cup selection provided) while enjoying the beautiful views/living room. It felt so spacious!! We left feeling so relaxed and happy with our stay.

Best Weekend Ever

The property was Gorgeous, cozy and clean. We were concerned about distance between property and downtown Main Street Fredericksburg, but property was right off the main road to downtown Fredericksburg. My husband and I absolutely loved it and will not stay anywhere elese but theire when we visit Fredericksburg.

Breath of fresh air

We had an amazing, relaxing weekend. I chose this one based on the previous reviews and it did not disappoint. The place was super-clean and the views are priceless. We were looking for a "room with a view" and this delivered. The living has large windows looking over the feeder with abundant deer. It was exactly what I hoped for. The observation deck was the perfect location for our evening of eating al fresco. Wonderful getaway!

Can we give more than 5 stars?

Rented the place to be our main hub while exploring Pedernales and Enchanted Rock State Parks over a weekend. The pictures don't do the place justice! Aside from being very well decorated and equipped, it is probably the cleanest and quietest place we have ever rented. Both my husband and I agree with the other reviewer about the bed -- super comfortable. Although it was too cold for us to sit on the patios in the mornings and evenings, it was quite a treat to see the deer from inside the house each morning and evening. And, Robyn was great -- from leaving the light on for us when we told her we would arrive later than expected, to a welcome note with muffins, to checking in to make sure everything was okay the next day. We will definitely rent the place again when in the Fredericksburg area!

We were looking for extreme comfort in the hills!

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the owner and felt welcomed right away. There was a very homey feeling to the house as well as a wonderful smell. The couch was very overstuffed and full of pillows and throws. It was backed up onto the kitchen that was a cooks delight. It was decorated in stainless steel from top to bottom with every convience you would need and there on the counter set a package of muffins as a welcoming touch. Stepping up into the huge bedroom was a great big king size bed so tall l almost needed a step stool to get in. It was a nice firm new bed with big jumbo pillows to go along with the nice linens. The patio door was facing the bed and you could draw back the curtains and enjoy the view while lounging in the bed reading. As for as the bathroom goes l don’t believe l have ever been in as deep a bathtub as this. We went our second day and bought bubble bath so l could enjoy one of the best baths ever. There was nothing that a typical b&b furnishes that you won’t find there waiting on you. They even have a very nice notebook all typed up answering most any question you can think of. Before l was even able to write this l received an email from the owner saying we had forgotten something in one of the drawers and would l please send her my address so she could ship it to me. The personal touch is definitely there from start to finish. Thanks again to the owners for our refreshing getaway. Erin

Better than the pictures show

This is an AMAZING property. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything is so clean and stylish and comfortable. The outdoor areas are better than the pics show. You get a private front porch and private back porch. Also, an observation deck for viewing wildlife. Because the owners regularly feed the animals, we saw deer and many colorful birds, all times of the day. We even saw a fox! Because it’s in the country, the stars are so easy to see, we even saw a shooting star. The drive to the country feels short. We would definitely stay here again!
