Incredible really enjoyed our stay One small gripe was backyard was full of leaves although found a broom bbq great outdoor light nice..ck in was incorrect last four of primary ph# was incorrect. The contact lady didnt make it easy to retrieve the new code.this all could have been avoided with original code. House was rented when the property manager openly admitted she knew that the hall bath/shower wasn't working, toilet ran for almost 10 minutes after ea flush, 1/2 bath periodically flushes on its own. Carpets and throw rugs were stained and dirty. Patio furniture was dusty and dirty, master bathroom door handle missing, vanity drawer broken, floor around trash can dirty, countertops were dirty, not enough towels for 2 people for 7 days, shades held together with tape, shutters were dirty and dusty, holes in walls. Keyless code was incorrect had to call to get in, was told they sent us an email with new code instead of last 4 digits of phone number, Never received email on all 4 devices. This house should have never been rented in the condition it is currently in

Great Location in Scottsdale

We had a great time in Scottsdale and this location was within 15 minutes of our activities all week. The great room and backyard patio has lots of room for gathering. We would stay here again.

Evolve, the management company, were unbelievably rude and unprofessional.

The owner of this property should hire a management company that actually understands customer services. Also, both showers are broken and they said they were sending in someone to repair one which happened, and there was no follow up. The check in instructions were inaccurate, and Evolve accused us on trespassing because they couldn’t find the accurate information. We were also given inaccurate check out instructions. While this property is lovely, the dealing with the rudeness and incompetence of the management company would prevent me from ever renting it again.

Terrible service from a property manager!

Any maintenance issues we brought out to the attention of the property manager weren’t handled in a timely fashion and we were told dumb excuses to delay required repairs. Both the bathrooms have poorly functioning shower heads. Beds require better mattresses. It’s an old property! Air conditioner noise is loud in one of the bedrooms. Kitchen is excellent with all the needed supplies and gadgets, including basic medications. The backyard is excellent. Inside the house, it should have better lighting in some areas and electrical system is old with few switches not functioning. Also, customer service provided from Evolve staff was poor and suboptimal!
