Located in one of the most peaceful locations on the Bellarine Peninsula.

A family home with all the creature comforts, situated 800 meters from the St Leonard’s Yacht club with a lovely park for the kids only 50 meters away.

This house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 6 adults and 4 kids with 1 King size and 2 queen size beds, 2 kid singles and additional trundle bed as well as a portable cot. ( con linen not provided)

2 lounge rooms, a large one for the adults and a small one set up for the kids - both TV’s are smart and can access all current platforms, Netflix including Apple TV, Stan, Prime, Optus TV, Kayo and Disney.
Linen provided - guests must bring their own towels

Central heating and cooling.

In addition a lovely wood heater in the main lounge for ambience and warmth.

A large private outdoor deck and backyard with plenty space for the kids to play whilst adults bbq and relax to a sunset in the back yard.

The only thing you need to bring is towels.

No fuss, everything where it should be. You can walk down to the beach and either walk or drive into town.

The house and yard was perfect for our extended family Christmas gathering.

We found the house comfortable, clean, versatile and spacious. Appreciated the Christmas tree and welcome gift. Plenty of seating and table space for our Christmas lunch.

A lovely home in a pleasant neighbourhood which can easily accommodate 2 families. Child friendly with a great alfresco area. The host was friendly, helpful responsive and very accommodating. A lovely experience. Thank you
